Very nice service from Floom. First time using and the range of flower arrangement is really wonderful. Great that a vase can be part of the arrangement as makes it so much easier for the recipient and immediate enjoyment of the flowers without doing the work of finding a vase and cutting down and arranging ( although some people I’m sure like to do this) I made a mistake of ordering a separate vase and Lotie called and then emailed me about this. Great customer communication! Thanks

I live in the U.S. and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in London. The website had many arrangements to choose from at different price points. The arrangement I sent arrived on time and was even more beautiful than pictured! So happy with my purchase!

The flowers which arrived did not look like the flowers in the picture on the website. I am embarrassed at the poor quality which arrived. The recipient has a birthday coming up. Unfortunately I won’t be using your website to order flowers to send.

Whilst the flowers were beautiful, delivery at close to 8pm is simply not acceptable. These were a birthday gift and an early delivery would have been very nice but we were advised that delivery would be BEFORE 6pm. It took an email chaser from me at around 7pm for the flowers to finally arrive at just before 8pm. Very poor show

I ordered a product on Tuesday with expected delivery on Saturday. As a result of your poor service, you extended the delivery date to Monday. Today is Monday, yet the gift hasn't been delivered.

Terrible palava with the delivery and then did arrive on the day scheduled. Thta was great but it was very messy throughout. Also I saw the bouquet at the destination and didnt feel they warranted the price. It wasn't the bouquet advertised and so was put together with alternatives which didnt quite match the beauty

I chose Floom as I wanted flowers delivered for my wife’s 70th birthday which was on 1st January. Floom website was one of the few companies that had an option for delivery on New Years Day. I contacted them a couple of days before to check and they informed me unfortunately this was incorrect and they don’t deliver on New Years Day. They did arrange for the day before and were helpful with that but I think they need to update the website as this was the main reason for choosing Floom.
