Very nice service from Floom. First time using and the range of flower arrangement is really wonderful. Great that a vase can be part of the arrangement as makes it so much easier for the recipient and immediate enjoyment of the flowers without doing the work of finding a vase and cutting down and arranging ( although some people I’m sure like to do this) I made a mistake of ordering a separate vase and Lotie called and then emailed me about this. Great customer communication! Thanks

I chose Floom as I wanted flowers delivered for my wife’s 70th birthday which was on 1st January. Floom website was one of the few companies that had an option for delivery on New Years Day. I contacted them a couple of days before to check and they informed me unfortunately this was incorrect and they don’t deliver on New Years Day. They did arrange for the day before and were helpful with that but I think they need to update the website as this was the main reason for choosing Floom.

I ordered a bunch of mimosa (not cheap) for a friends birthday as she loves that flower. All seemed fine until I got a message on the day of her birthday to say that the florist swapped it to a bunch of tulips. My friend hates tulips! Really disappointing as I wouldn’t have chosen those.

Floom accepted the order requiring the local florist in Highgate to deliver by December 30, 2025 at 6 pm. Then Floom emailed to say the delivery would be delayed to December 31. It’s January 1, 2026 now and the recipient has not received the flowers. Floom has not given me any update on my order (#TUJDXUQKQV).

This was my first time ordering and it was critical to me that the flowers be delivered in a vase as I feel very strongly as someone receiving a gift should not have to do any work. I confirmed in advance that the arrangement I was looking at did and was assured it always comes in a vase. The arrangement did not come in a vase and customer service has not fixed it. Very disappointing experience. I never would have ordered had I known.

I don't like Floom policy with welcome discounts. They are only given if you pay more than a threshold. This encourages you with spending more, in order to have a discount (and this has the result of you anyways spending more than you wanted at the beginning!). Anything else was fine

Whilst the flowers were nice, they were supposed to be delivered with Lindor chocolates. These were not delivered. Naturally, I hadn't told my mum about the surprise flowers, so I found out that these were missing several days later.

I sent flowers NZ to UK. Process easy. Flowers delivered on time. Excellent. Suggestion, A photo of the delivered flowers would be great to receive from Floom. To see the flowers purchased, so you don’t have to ask the person who received them if were they were okay. I don’t know who delivered them or if they were damaged.
