“Very nice service from Floom. First time using and the range of flower arrangement is really wonderful. Great that a vase can be part of the arrangement as makes it so much easier for the recipient and immediate enjoyment of the flowers without doing the work of finding a vase and cutting down and arranging ( although some people I’m sure like to do this) I made a mistake of ordering a separate vase and Lotie called and then emailed me about this. Great customer communication! Thanks”

“Easy process and nice selection. I just wish the message came on a more bespoke card. I was told it came as a sticker on the business card. Otherwise, the flowers looked beautiful and they appear to last.”

“Never again. Paid as a surprise to have flowers delivered for my wife for our anniversary. We left our flat at 6.45 for a meal we had booked with no sign of the flowers. On returning still no flowers and now locked in a dispute with floom who are saying they were delivered, interesting thing, wont say what time though so far. Use them at your peril, lesson learnt.”

“I spent £160 on flowers and paid for next day delivery, I received an e-mail 4 days later apologising that the flowers hadn't been delivered by their partner florist and that they would be the delivered the next day ( 5 days late!)and I would receive a 10% refund and my delivery charge refunded This was the first I'd been informed of any delay at all, I thought the flowers had been delivered - the delay and poor offer of compensation was totally unacceptable and very disappointing - fortunately when I expressed this their partner florist agreed to provide a full refund. Unfortunately this has put me off using them again”

“Great experience, very easy to use and organise. I sent two seperate bunches to diff addresses in the UK, I live in New Zealand so wasn’t sure how to organise this easily, Floom was a breeze, no issues, plenty of choice, quick payment and flowers arrived on time on schedule. Thank you.”

“I was very disappointed and dissatisfied by the service. I had order flowers for a special occasion and they were not delivered on the day promised. I had to reach out to find out order of status. When order was not delivered, I asked for a refund and I was told that is not possible. I don't think my expectation of having flowers delivered on the day requested is unreasonable. The flowers were a surprise and did not arrive on the day I wanted. At no point was I advised that delivery could not be made on the day I requested. If I didn't reach out, Floom would have been unaware. The flowers were delivered the next day. I found this company to be unreliable and I would not recommend using them.”

“My only critiques are the flowers received were different than those in the photo . I was trying to avoid roses as they die quickly but the bouquet was mostly roses it seemed. Also ask zip code first please so you only see what’s actually available in that area. Otherwise I’ve been very pleased ! Thank you ….”

“I have been using gloom for many years for my family in the UK and I usually love all the arrangements. Unfortunately the last one I have ordered was very different strip the picture u chose. I understand sometimes the flowers aren’t available but I expect the replacement to be of the same category. Makes me wonder for next time. I have to say it came fresh and on time. I’m just unhappy at how different it looked from the photo.”
