“The ordering and delivery was great. It would be good to see what was sent to the recipient (like a picture of the flowers). My delivery was to an older couple so they are not familiar with taking photos with their phone so I was kept in dark about what was actually delivered.”

“Floom was easy to order from but I wish I knew what was actually delivered. I have no idea. I sent a plant as condolences to the parents of a friend. I don't know them well. They're not exactly going to snap a photo and send that to me.”

“All great, but I was expecting roses as on the web photo - white with the pink on the top, but received almost entirely red roses.One of yhe roses was in bad shape. Rest was all great. Thank you”

“The flowers were lovely and much appreciated by the recipient but arrived a day late. This was communicated and delivery fees refunded but a shame as they were to celebrate s birthday.”

“They have a beautiful selection of flowers. The ones we ordered looked like the picture on the website and the florist was kind enough to send me a photo of them before they were delivered. The only issue I had was the delivery person did not deliver the flowers to my friend. She was in a hotel room. I put the room number on the order, as well as a number to call to ensure they made it to her that day. It doesn't appear these instructions were followed because the flowers were left at the front desk of the hotel until the following day. I only found out because I was told my friend hadn't received the flowers. I had to call the front desk of the hotel and they said the flowers were just sitting on the desk. Thankfully, they still looked beautiful and the hotel made sure my friend received them. But, it was a day late and I paid for same day delivery so she could have them before her event that day. Other than the delivery, everything else was perfect!”

“My only critiques are the flowers received were different than those in the photo . I was trying to avoid roses as they die quickly but the bouquet was mostly roses it seemed. Also ask zip code first please so you only see what’s actually available in that area. Otherwise I’ve been very pleased ! Thank you ….”

“The flowers I ordered for my aunt’s 75th birthday were arranged so beautifully!! I was a little surprised of the color - I thought it’s going to be white roses as in the picture. The roses were soft lilac color, but they are lovely, nonetheless! Thank you!”

“I regularly use Floom for sending my MIL flowers for special occasions like Mother’s Day and her birthday. She is always pleased with the arrangements, but this time it was I who was disappointed. The flowers came fresh and the type of flowers included in the bouquet were accurate to the description. However, they were simply plunked together and not arranged at all… no artistry, no design, and the result was disappointing: pink roses on one side a huge white hydrangea on the other, purple flowers off by themselves… it just was underwhelming and didn’t look like the picture. I spent far more money on this than I usually do, hoping it would really make an impact and show her how much she matters, but honestly, I was upset that having spent more, she got a leas thoughtful gift.”

“I ordered from Floom several times. In general, I am very satisfied. The last one I ordered, was delivered promptly and was good quality. However, instead of predominantly burgundy flowers (it had a symbolic meaning for me) the bouquet was mainly pink. Hence the four star review, instead of five.”
