Even though I paid for next day delivery my flowers never showed up for a birthday present for a friend. The tracking page was and still is stuck on ‘with florist’ when raising this with the customer service team on the day of the delivery they said sometimes the system is stuck like this at the florist forgets to update it and assured me my delivery would be there by 6pm. When I checked with a friend the following day nothing had arrived. I flagged this to the customer derive team, they said they will check with the florist and issue me a refund by the end of the day if they haven’t heard back. It has been over 24 hours since and I haven’t had an update, or a refund. Do not waste your time with this service.
