This is the worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. There was someone there ready to accept the delivery but yet it was marked undeliverable even though I had paid for same day service. I received a notice that it was delivered - which it wasn't. Then they stated they would delivery the next day and I received another notice that it was delivered - AGAIN it was not. I had to follow up with Floom over and over again to get a status because they said they were unable to cancel the order and refund me. They finally delivered very old flowers more than a day after they were supposed to.

Flowers due to be delivered Friday were not and neither were they left in the safe place I added to order. PLease advise

I ordered for same day delivery way before time frame, it’s is now 3 days later and still not received the flowers. This should not be advertised if you cannot guarantee same day delivery or customer satisfaction.

Not delivered on requested day due to error by gloom customer service. Service team not helpful or sympathetic given that it was their mistake. Very disappointing.

Delivery went to wrong address. It took me hours to get get someone in the phone. No one offered to send a new delivery immediately. And I was never compensated.

I received no confirmation on the day of the delivery as to whether or not the flowers had been delivered. I had to reach out to Floom several times the day after the intended delivery date to confirm if they had been delivered, only to find that they had been delivered to the wrong address and my friend never received the flowers I had sent to her. I received a full refund but still, it was very disappointing. I won't be using this company again.

It does appear the blooms delivered were still in bud form and would take a few days to fully bloom and match the online images. I ordered a bouquet delivery for my girlfriend’s birthday on the online store and the bouquet doesn’t look like the one ordered and the description doesn’t match. The saddest part is that I couldn’t fix it because it was delivered directly to her address. I’m not even talking that it was a day later than scheduled. The dissatisfaction is over beyond. The support agreed to refund me 50% and on my explanation why it’s not working for me they don’t respond anymore.

Our florist partner and our team agreed to refund 50% of the price paid to make up for the size disparity. I ordered flowers to be delivered and they never showed up. Even their tracking system says so. 2 days later I’m still going back and forth with their service team without a refund. Honestly the worst experience and I will absolutely not recommend this business.

When you pay almost $100 for flowers to be delivered on a particular day and they say they will be but they aren't, that is unacceptable! I will most likely dispute the charge!

I opted for next day delivery ( this was advertised on the website) only to be told on the day of the said delivery that the florist was shut on Saturdays. I had to wait until Monday for the flowers to be delivered. It is now 4pm on Monday and the flowers still haven’t arrived. The service has been pretty awful. They have agreed to refund the delivery fee but am still waiting receipt of this.

Ordered for Fri eve delivery pre 10pm. Never arrived and was not told. After emails and chasing promised pre midday Saturday. Didnt arrive until 3pm. Recent had to returnable to receive For what was supposed to be pleasurable experience turned into nightmare and pain!

First and last time using Floom. Delivery did not arrive on time and was not notified that it would not arrive on time. As a result, recipient did not receive gift and won’t receive it for another week due to schedule (which is why I selected the original date in the first place).

Failed to deliver, notified the day after expected delivery that the local provider could not meet the order. Was refunded but the occasion was missed completely.

You advertised delivery by Saturday 8 April on your website so I bought a bouquet for my Mum’s 98th birthday on that day. Next thing I know Floom is telling me they will deliver on the 12th because it’s a bank holiday. I asked for and hit a refund- but Loom should not advertise what it cannot deliver. Disappointed would be the best I can say.

Very unhappy with delivery item was delivered smelling strongly of some sort of chemical out of delivery drivers boot. Etched a mark in my wooden breakfast bar. Then I was told by the florist I should clean the vase before placing it and there was no spillage in boot of delivery driver. Basically told I was a liar I am now £99 out of pocket the smell was that strong I had to discard the flowers as I have a baby and it wasn't healthy. I am still waiting to speak to a manager which I have not been contacted by. Very upset with the service as this is where I always come to place orders for flowers. I have ordered from this website alot and have never had an issue before. I am very upset

Ordered flowers for my Mum’s birthday. Got to 5:30PM on the day they were due to be delivered, however they still hadn’t arrived. Asked on the webchat what the delay was to be told there would be no deliveries that day due to the Easter bank holiday weekend (it was the Saturday so not a holiday day). So why did they allow me to order the flowers in the first place, and why wasn’t I informed of the issue with delivery by Floom? I had to ask what was happening myself, and if I hadn’t asked I don’t think they would have told me anything. They offered me a full refund however it was very shocking service and incredibly frustrating. My mother was left with no birthday gift. Will never order from Floom again.
