The flowers weren't delivered on the day requested, even though I ordered them a week ahead. Got a call that "the driver messed up". I requested that the bouquet be made fresh for the next day's delivery, and was promised that would be done. My daughter sent a photo and the flowers are droopy. Also, only part of the gift card was printed. I will not be ordering any flowers from you in the future.

I sent a Peony plant to a friend who's husband had died and the plant was in poor condition and died within 1 day, which was very upsetting for the friend and me. (I didn't want to send a dead plant and make her distress worse) I made a complaint within 4 days due to the funeral etc and received a clearly copied and pasted email to say that fresh flowers are only guaranteed for 72hrs and 10% off a future order. This was a plant. Another agent promised to look in to it and send another plant and this was then overridden and I had an email stating that they only look at complaints within 72hrs even with a plant that is clearly meant to last longer than that. No apology, no refund or new plant.

Not happy with the service this time, I searched based on postcode and the plant I selected suddenly wasn't available for delivery after I'd added it to cart, input all my details and written a message. I went back and selected another plant and processed the order, only to be emailed hours later to be told that plant also wasn't available for delivery and that another plant (not the one that I wanted) could be delivered the next day. So I ended up with the wrong plant and delivery on the day after my friend's birthday.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture presented on the website. Absolute waste of money would never buy from here again. The picture showed more flowers compared to the amount that came it was only 3 roses for £45. Terrible purchase.

Floom took my money and gave me a delivery date but the order never got past the 'prepared' status. It was not delivered on the date specified and I was subsequently told that the order could not be filled as there had been a problem with delivery and redelivery was not possible. I do not believe that delivery was even attempted. I have been told that my money has been refunded (yet to be confirmed). I am totally disgusted that promises were made and not fulfilled. I would not use Floom again.

Delivery is consistently at the very end of the day. Typically causes a problem and ends up being more of a hassle than a gift

Hi Michael, thank you for your review and for your feedback. Our partner florists deliver between 10am and 6pm. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer time slots as our partner florists all use different methods of delivering and we are currently unable to track all orders due to this.

Flowers did NOT arrive on the date requested even though I received a delivery confirmation email. After following up with Floom via chat, I was promised the flowers would be delivered a week later. The flowers ended up being delivered to the wrong address where they sat in a box for a week. I requested a refund but never received one. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday ended up being a totally disappointment for her and for me. And, I'm out the $90 I spent. I will not be using Floom again and will not be recommending them to anyone.

I was confirmed my flowers would be delivered at the 9th between 9 to 6 , it wasnt and made the whole purchase a waste. This was for a birthday and sent to the work address! I dont know where the flowers are and made me look like an idiot who forgot to buy a gift and taking my money for it. This whole thing is a huge scam!

NOT worth it — paid $75 + $20 shipping for a handful of cheap flowers. Looks nothing like what they advertise online and extremely overpriced

The beautiful flowers I ordered cost almost £100 - what arrived were wilted petrol station flowers. Dumped on the doorstep. Delivery was an extra cost but they did not ring the bell, the recipient was at home. They did not call ahead as requested. The flowers weren’t even the same colour as the bouquet I ordered they should have been fabulous but were ugly. I did receive a 30% refund immediately because they could see how horrible the flowers were. However, I do not feel adequately compensated and despite previous good experiences I will never use floom again.

Terrible service. Told me the flowers were delivered when they weren’t. Tried the next day to deliver and something else went wrong and they still haven’t been delivered. This was for a friend who lost her father and it was very important to me the flowers were delivered, and they were not. I then asked for a refund as she hasn’t received them, and they said no.

Sorry to say this, but flowers worth &100+ should be looking at the least decent. The flowers delivery barely hang on for a day. Very disappointed. I should have taken the reviews I read seriously but I wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt. Very disappointing and embarrassing to apologize for sending those flowers to someone I cared for. Roses were dying the next day .

The flowers delivered were nothing - even remotely - like what I what saw in the photo on the wesbite. At the very least, I should receive a partial refund.

I ordered flowers for the 29th and they did not arrive. No one contacted me to say they hadn’t arrived so I reached out to ask if they had been delivered and they didn’t even seem aware of the problem and asked that I wait for them to reach out to their delivery partner and they would get back to me. It’s been 2 days and still no response. Absolutely would never order flowers from here ever again

This is the worst service I have ever received. I placed an order and the they were not delivered. Floom could not get a hold of the florist and has not refunded me and have not attempted to remedy the situation in any form. This was extremely disappointing as the delivery was for a special event. Floom should have known that the flowers were not going to be delivered and offered me a new florist. Now I’m out a 100 pounds, and no flowers have been delivered. This has been the WORST experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t use this website. The customer service is really poor and cannot solve any problem. My order was not delivered on the scheduled date and I had to call the local florist by googling myself. The customer service agent, Stacey, ended my chat without solving the problem with really awful attitude. Also, the actual delivery is completely different from the picture posted on the website. Do not trust what you see on the website.
