Ordered flowers for my Mum’s birthday. Got to 5:30PM on the day they were due to be delivered, however they still hadn’t arrived. Asked on the webchat what the delay was to be told there would be no deliveries that day due to the Easter bank holiday weekend (it was the Saturday so not a holiday day). So why did they allow me to order the flowers in the first place, and why wasn’t I informed of the issue with delivery by Floom? I had to ask what was happening myself, and if I hadn’t asked I don’t think they would have told me anything. They offered me a full refund however it was very shocking service and incredibly frustrating. My mother was left with no birthday gift. Will never order from Floom again.
