Hello Darcy, I'm so sorry our florist partner was delayed in completing your delivery. I see it was delivered before out 6PM cut off time but after your delivery address was closed and no longer accessible. We will ensure our florists are aware of business addresses and their closing times in the future, thank you for your valuable feedback.

A disgrace. How does any decent florist think that delivering flowers to someone at 6:20am on their birthday is acceptable? It is not a difficult business - nice flowers to the right address at the right time - but somehow Floom manages to get it wrong. Their after-service was poor - when I complained about the delivery time I was told that at least the flowers arrived on the right day!!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to review Floom! We are sorry to hear that the 06;30am delivery was outside of our time frames as stated when placing an order. Our florist partner starts there service very early as they do have orders to fulfill independently of Floom - so I am sorry on this occasion our Floom delivery schedule was not applied to your order. The recipient answered the door promptly, we offer our apologies that the bouquet was received at a very early hour. We do hope you will consider using Floom again!

Same day flowers delivered the following day wilted. Received excuses around building access only to later discover the delivery attempt was well after the 6pm time. Charged in full without refund even after my written complaints. Extremely poor malpractice.

Hello Chevy, We are sorry to read your order was not received on the date as expected. Due to the delivery driver being unable to gain access to the building to complete delivery it was therefore necessary to return the flowers to the florist shop, a redelivery for the following day was promptly arranged and delivered the next morning. The email notifications for delivery can be delayed at times, however the issues lay with the courier delivery service. During our communications with you upon learning the order had not been received, the proof of delivery photo alerted us to the error the courier service had made regarding the recipient's address. From delivery to product this was an incredibly poor experience. I will not be using Floom again and will not recommend it to others.

Terrible service. Paid for same day delivery. Didn't seem to happen. Web site lists as "on the way" 12 hours after placing order. Customer service seems clueless. Chat useless, no one answers the phone. Oh well, only flowers for a seriously ill person - maybe you just don't care. Anyway, I'd urge avoiding this service completely. Premium prices for hopless service.

This is laughable. I get this request for feedback when the order that was meant to be delivered last Saturday has yet to arrive despite several promises from customer service that it will be delivered “today”. (“Today was the 31st of October, then it was the 1st of Nov, yet it has still not arrived.) at this point I have no trust in your system and just want a refund.

Hello, We are sorry to read your delivery experience was not as expected. All of our florists work with different courier services which means that we are not able to specify delivery times and we have a delivery window of between 10am and 6pm. The courier services arrived to the recipient address but was not home, the delivery driver issued a notification to inform the order was taken to a local shop for the recipient to collect. We thank you for your feedback!

I tried to talk with a live person about Making a mistake on the address and I still haven’t heard back. This was a waste of money. I have no idea where the flowers went the address I put didn’t exist and I received no call or text to fix this.

I used this site for the first time on Monday the 23rd with same day delivery of an order of over $200 guaranteed by 6pm delivery. No call, email text or flowers until the 24th at 4pm almost 24hrs late....the flowers looked day old, water was mercky as it seems they sat from the day before. I immediately refused the delivery from the driver that told me the delivery date was the 24th. I immediately pulled up my receipt showing a delivery date of the 23rd. Complete failure overall, I would never use or recommend this site to an enemy.....terrible!

I ordered white tulips same day delivery, within the time frame for same day delivery. It was confirmed. It didn’t arrive until 24 hours later and the tulips were pink instead of white. Complete waste of time

The arrangement ordered does show a mixture of pink & white tulips, and was not shown as an all white arrangement. We are sorry you felt this was not quite as expected. Placed an order to get same day delivery. I was called 3 hours later to be told it wasn’t possible and not attempt to find a solution expect to take delivery the next day! Equally no attempt to make good the situation, basically it is what it is attitude! Will not buy again from here…really poor mentality towards service.

Your order was a very unique design, unfortunately our florist was not able to provide this exact product on the same day you requested but you were offered a delivery the very next day, which was declined by you. We did contact you as soon as we knew of the issue which was 1 hour and 30 minutes after placing the order. In this instance we were unable to offer any replacement but a full refund was issued. Horrible service and please be aware that this florist is not even in Brooklyn. It is a clearing house operating out of the UK. Please do not use this service.

We operate throughout the UK and the US using our website gives you access to any of our florist partners that are in the zip code or postcode of where you would like an order to be sent. The florist Padam, is located in Brooklyn and local to the area on the address you provided. Our customer service team delivered support and help upon each contact. My flowers were never delivered and I received NO proactive communication from Floom. I had to follow up countless times and finally got a refund after 6 days because still, the flowers were never delivered.

Sadly my experience was not good. Ordered flowers for a particular occasion, and was told they'd been delivered when they had not. No idea what happened to them, and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't chased it up myself. I would have been charged for nothing.

We certainly do not wish for any customer to be unhappy with any aspect of our service, your order had been marked as delivered by the delivery service used it appears to have been a mix up with the wrong order marked as delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this error which we did follow up with our partner florist but we were unsuccessful in gaining proof of delivery or an order status update on this occasion, therefore we fully refunded you as compensation.

My order was late and I sent the flowers because a friend is grieving a death. Customer service did not help me. Flowers were beautiful and will continue to purchase but directly from florist.

Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone. No commitment, no communication and late with all deliveries, not to mention the comments I wrote to place with the orders. It was only because my usual suppliers couldn’t deliver on a Sunday that I chose this company and also I should have read the reviews before placing the orders. My advice is look elsewhere!!!!!!

Flowers never showed up- and all I was offered was 15% off my next purchase, which is the same discount someone gets when they give a review. Terrible- will never use Floom again.

I ordered flowers as a surprise to send to my daughter, who is a first responder. She has not received the flowers. Since this incident occurred during Friday and led into Sunday there was no customer service to help me. I still don't understand why no one called my daughter on her cell to let her know that she would be receiving flowers? I have used Floom many times before but this has been the most disappointing experience. I will be using a different carrier in the future.
