You advertised delivery by Saturday 8 April on your website so I bought a bouquet for my Mum’s 98th birthday on that day. Next thing I know Floom is telling me they will deliver on the 12th because it’s a bank holiday. I asked for and hit a refund- but Loom should not advertise what it cannot deliver. Disappointed would be the best I can say.
