“I recently bought some flooring from DCTUK and when it arrived a couple of pieces were damaged but I also needed a few more pieces. I rang them expecting ‘hassle’ as most things on my project have led to that when things have not gone to plan. Instead I received a caring ear, support and an amicable solution as well as really prompt service and would like to share that experience with anyone who cares about such things.”

“Hi haven’t fitted my Elite tiles (28 boxes) from my payment I was given a Delivery date my tiles arrived as promised, they look very good quality I hope to get them fitted soon Think Heather is a great operator, Will send some photos when I get them fitted in my New Bunkhouse near Bruce’s Stone, on the Southern Upland Way Cheers Eric”

“Carpet tiles were easy to order and quickly despatched with a confirmed delivery of Monday. However they did not arrive on the day specified and a phone call from myself was required to in order to find out from your warehouse that there would be a delay. They did in fact finally arrive by courier on Tuesday evening.”
