“I had purchased tiles through DCTUK previously and this was our first consideration when wanting to by some more. Getting samples for selected tiles is really helpful in comparison to viewing colours on screen, plus you can see the tile texture etc. My enquiries were dealt with efficiently by Nour Ben Slama, who was very helpful in providing other suggestions of tiles in the colour we were looking for. This finally led to our purchase and having now laid these in the kitchen area, they look great. Delivery was on time as advised by Ross Smith. My only criticism is the emails now being received about other offers etc, which we are not interested in at this present time, but I understand these are automated to your customer list.”

“Sample order arrived quickly and got exactly what I requested. Unfortunately we werent able to colour match the carpet tiles we needed but would definitely recommend DCTUK”

“We were trying to decide between laminate and carpet tiles. In the end we decided on laminate. However, I was really very pleased with the carpet tile samples we received and the speed at which they arrived. If I am after carpet tiles in the future I will definitely come to DCTUK again.”

“Great prices, call centre staff a bit too pushy and persistent, kept calling asking if / when I was ordering. I did order as it was the best price, fantastic quality LG hausy flooring. There is no need to keep calling as the persistent calls were not what made me purchase it was the price. If the price could have been matched else where there is a good chance I’d of bought else where because of the over the top calling.”

“When I purchased my order online they emailed me and told me it would take 3-4 working days. Then 3-4 working days later they emailed me again saying they would ring me to arrange a delivery in 5 working days. So 5 working days later Still having no phone call or delivery turn up I called them , then they told me my flooring was out of stock. Very unprofessional and still haven’t received my refund yet, will not use this company again.”

“Very helpful. Sample carpet tiles requested and delivered quickly. Ordered Flotex carpet tiles for small porch as test area. Fast delivery. No complaints at all and will be using DCTUK for rest of house.”

“We have purchased tiles through DCTUK previously, and that was the reason for purchasing through them again. They have a great range of tiles, maybe too many to chose from, but getting to have samples sent is great as you can really see how they will look when laid. The staff who have dealt with my queries have been very efficient and helpful. Delivery was excellent, and on time as advised.”

“Prompt delivery. Call back to my query was very quick. Without knowing DCTUK's policy, I ordered a sample during a sale and was advised that I would get the product at that price even if the sale was over, so said so done. I am very pleased with the service I received.”
