“The process of ordering samples was easy enough and delivery to home. Had to contact DCTUK as the plank sample hadn’t arrived an email informed me not in production. The sample cosy toes 11 life guarantee 5years though on your web site it says seven years and that is why I placed the order of 400 tiles. Delivery was arranged for Wednesday 9th December by Ross Smith at 12 noon driver will contact phone you. I had arranged with work to be Round Dundee so I could nip back home to take delivery . At eleven I finished the job I was on and checked my phone to find the driver was on site on site at nine in the morning. I asked Ross if I could have had a delivery first thing he came back with 12 noon. With missing the delivery I phoned palette line and arranged to have them deliver at 9am Thursday first thing. The problem when I got home in the evening 9pm I had a message to be in Aberdeen at 9:30 an hour and half away. Friday I was called into a meeting where I was reprimanded I could have lost my job all because I was given a time by Ross with no correct information direct from the area delivery controller just an assumption. Please refund my delivery costs as it’s cost me more in stress and paid work. Christmas hamper good useful products. Phone calls to sales office very good and helpful. On your web site it was not easy to find if on your web site that the tiles are suitable for under floor heating and tog rating. Hope this was helpful in making things better for future customers..... Peter”

Hi Peter Thanks for your review. As we would have explained to you we cannot guarantee delivery times with pallet deliveries, we can only request a certain time. The 12pm time was requested but they arrived early to your address. They did try to call you but there was no answer to the calls. However, I can understand the frustration and as a gesture of goodwill we will refund your delivery fee. “We are very please with the two orders for floor tiles .the prices was excellent.we had two small problems with the quantity we ordered but Ross Smith sorted that out very quickly and replied to my emails strait away keep up the good service. Would recommend you to anyone.”

“DCTUK Are a company to be reckoned with. First class product, and price to match. “you get what you pay for”. Ordered tiles and adhesive via phone in the end as I had a couple of queries to discuss. They sorted me out extremely quickly and efficiently. I placed my order having faith that I would get what I wanted. There was a days delay in meeting the target date by the courier but Dctuk advised me as soon as they knew. Brilliant as I could let my contractor know (me) there would be a delay . Subsequently I had another day to prepare the room. I had a further issue on delivery, which turned out to be my fault ! I had inspected the tiles on arrival in a darkened entrance hall and thought they were the wrong shade. They weren’t ,as soon as I moved them into a brighter area I noticed the error of my ways. On contacting the company they were very considerate and helpful, and prepared to do what was needed to rectify any problems. The conclusion is, check your delivery in a light place where you can be sure the colour/ shade is correct. I bet it is what you ordered. You can not go wrong with this company. They CARE. Extra thanks to Heather,Vanessa and Ross the warehouse manager. For their help. They were great 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇👍”

“Excellent service. Helped me pick the right type of tile, and also helped with colour decision. Phoned when there was a promotion on so that I could save money. Goods were delivered quickly and I was kept informed on the progress of my order. Had a slight query which was quickly and satisfactory dealt with. Certainly a very good company to deal with.”
