“i PLACED THE ORDER AND PAID FOR MY TILES, THE DAY AFTER SENDING THE MONEY I WAS TOLD THE TILES WERE OUT OF STOCK, DCTUK REFUNDED THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU”

“This company is very good but let down by their delivery service so order well in advance of booking a fitter. Ross, who was dealing with dispatching my order was truly excellent. Kept me informed, replied rapidly to emails and could not have been more helpful. And I love the carpet tiles I have bought. Perfect!”

“Good quality carpet tiles, which we've stuck to our cafe walls - making the area warm and cozy, reduces noise level - and saves tables and chairs chipping the paint away! Quick service - one error (one box of tiles missing and carpet sent by error) - quickly rectified and delivered the following day. Highly recommend”

“I ordered carpet tiles but because I didn’t order the minimum number my order was not fulfilled. I was given an alternative choice of tile and accepted that suggestion. This tile was much cheaper than the original tile and I was told a credit would be issued. Two weeks later the credit has not been issued. To get my credit I have now referred this matter as a dispute to my credit card company. I will never buy from this company again, after sales service is appalling. Added 11/11/25 part credit finally received, so I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars from my original 1 star.”

“Needed some extra LVT flooring to match existing after some refurb works. Price competitive but delivery was subject to small order charge. However, this seemed to be universal with all suppliers. Order confirmed promptly and communication thereafter through to delivery very good. Would use DCTUK again.”

“Good choice of carpet tiles. The samples we requested did take a while to come through though & was all sent out separately. Ordering what we wanted was quick & easy though, & were kept up-to-date as to the delivery. Would definitely use them again.”

“Sample received with thanks. The actual time to recieve was a tad longer than expected but not a problem. I had to expedited my online request with a follow up email to make sure the sample request had actually been successful as there was no feedback from the website ordering process, or confirmation email that the actual request had been submitted and successful. Having an acknowledge would be an improvement.”

“The customer service is pretty poor. There’s no save chat facility and you get ignored. I’ve no idea if it’s because my enquiry was small, but I asked twice for a quote and how much adhesive to order for the amount of carpet tiles I wanted. I ended up ignored. The point I kept having to write “hello” in the online chat. The agent then said they’d call me because they were still working it out, and never did. If the product was sold elsewhere I’d have gone elsewhere. So I worked it out myself and placed the order. The product itself is great. And my cats love it so don’t worry about pets thinking it feels weird under foot. Sample provided was good too. Happy with the price. So if you know what you want, and how much then go for it. Delivery communicated well. If you’ve got questions be prepared to be disappointed. Or contact them via email as you then have a copy of your own enquiry and who you’ve tried to talk to.”
