Wanted to carpet a large home office. Ordered some samples from the commercial section of the site. A day later I get a missed call and voicemail to say commercial samples can't be sent to domestic addresses. No follow-up email or call. Sales rep pointed me to smaller domestic range. Ordered 5 samples - only 3 arrived. Emailed to request missing samples. No response. Domestic samples were inferior to commercial grade carpets so gave up and ordered commercial grade from eBay which turned out cheaper. It's a shame as the website and range looked really good but they're not geared up for domestic orders.

Sales great good product shame that customer complaint took so long to sort had to wait over a week for one faulty tile to be replaced

Tiles priced per tile and order accepted, but then told that only sold by box of 20. Order subsequently cancelled.

Pushy sales people - doubled the quantity of the items I intended to order, repeated emails demanding updates, really unpleasant experience. Unhelpful delivery service - was advised I would be contacted in advance to book in a delivery slot however the courier went ahead without booking this and, obviously, was turned away from the office as we were not prepared to receive the delivery. Some threats from DCTUK advising this would be chargeable (can't understand why as the fault lies entirely elsewhere for not advising us of the delivery slot), thus adding to the unpleasant experience.

dealing with DCTUK was fine it was the carrier service they tried to deliver twice but failed it was a huge building site and goods were to be delivered to site office .

We placed our order and rushed payment to ensure the stock was held- this was by arrangement with the sales manager. The stock was sold to another company meaning we had no option but to buy from two different batches which wouldn't guarantee a colour match. Overall I wouldn't recommend this company as they promise one thing to get your money and then don't follow through.

Was promised a delivery in 10 working days, but turned up on day 13 without any communication around potential delays until I emailed to ask for a order update, glue missing from order, notified them of this error midday Friday, but was informed glue would be shipped Monday more delays on my project, overall poor customer service and comms

Unfortunately my experience with DCTUK was terrible!!! If I had any idea I would not have placed this order. 0124419846 I read the message I received (below) on the date I ordered (30th of September 2021) and have to laugh now that the trauma is over. Thank you for your order, it'll be with you in rocket speed! Our team right now will be either packaging your order ready for delivery (if it's in stock) or will be ordering the goods in from the manufacturer. Please note - sometimes if a product is made in Belgium or the Netherlands then it can be 7-10 days before delivery. I needed the order to arrive within a 4 week period so I placed the order with that in mind giving plenty of time. I am in the flooring trade and even with all the issues/excuses going on at this time I still get deliveries from suppliers within 2 to 3 working days. However, this went on and on and on for weeks. It caused me a world of hassle and stress. I was given many delivery dates that came and went? Finally I got part of the order on the 12th of November yet only enough to do a 1/3 of the floor? I had to complain and chase yet again. This resulted in one more box arriving 2 days later. More chasing and emails for the complete order arriving on the 18th of November. A total of 35 working days (49 days in total) from placing the order which simply is not acceptable regardless of any issues. I was rightly offered compensation but I have received nothing? I fully appreciate external issues that cause delays, especially these days, but this went on far longer than necessary without compensation of any kind? If this was one of my customers I would have refunded most of the order cost but DCTUK decided not to do anything which is also a shame in this whole experience. (*The Forbo Allura Flex White Marble flooring is really nice and as expected)

Two lots of glue sent - both had burst open in transit. First totally unusable. Second managed to use but list quite a bit of glue. Had to go ahead as I had builders waiting.

There is no point in advertising a quick service if you send the wrong tiles. Staff too over familiar. Even then got my first name wrong!

Everything was great regarding the product range,ordering and paying process the disaster was the delivery every piece of the 12 lvt flooring tiles was damaged luckily I had the foresight to order more than needed and managed to use what I could but you really need to look at your courier service very sub standard

Everything was going well until there was an admin error either in order processing or delivery note stage, correct address wrong company name. I had sent the correct address on my order. My customer refused delivery as thought it wasn't for them. I then had to pay DCT a delivery charge for them to re deliver the order they had incorrectly labelled up. Not impressed with the service level, probably wont order again.

Dont ever slightly order the wrong colour unless you don’t mind paying over £40 to return. They also packed the adessive spray in the same box of tiles, no bubble wrap so one broke and made quite a mess over the top few tiles. Packaging is a joke Servise is quick but unhelpful

Service was Great. delivered quick. the carpet tiles were very bad quality! about 16 tiles thread bare on edges. I used most for cuts and had to hide the others under the counter.

Ordered one day the next 25% off the complete site - I emailed to complain but may aswell not have bothered. Good till they get your money but after that you don't hear anything

Mixed review really Sales person was great. Let down by poor delivery that didn’t turn up leaving me without products to start the job costing me time and money !!! Still not heard anything about any compensation for all the hassle. Shame they haven’t done the wright thing.

Just be aware of their website orders. The website will accept an order in stock for next day delivery. This is then followed by several emails promising delivery again and again until eventually the product is delivered close to 1 month later.

Your box package for the tiles was very poor, all 4 corners of the 3 boxes where burst. The banding you used for the boxes had cut into the top and bottom tiles of each box, So at least 6 tiles could not be used because of the kink in the tiles.
