“So far so good, I’ve only ordered some free samples of carpet tiles so I can decide which to buy. Nice that samples are available free of charge, which wasn’t available in my local DIY store which starts with B and ends with Q. And they had next to no stock of the colours I was looking for. So well done DCTUK. I’ve not received the samples yet so too early to answer your order questions. I ordered the samples today 20/8/26”

“Being asked to review a company after a purchase, but before delivery of the bought items, as this review request is doing, is stupid. The website is clear, helpful and also fun. All great features, but how can I give you a rating greater than 60% when you haven't yet completed the task, and I have not had the chance to inspect my purchase. I suggest you ask for customer feedback AFTER you have delivered.”

“Easy to use website to order on line. Order delivered within delivery “window.” It would have been better to have a smaller delivery window rather than the two day one advised. Most couriers can now advise a delivery within a two hour window.”

“After I had my order for carpet tiles accepted, I received an email to say that they were not available for 5 weeks which was too late. Ross is however trying to find similar tiles and is sending the sanples out asap to rectify the situation.”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Chloe for all of her help throughout the still on going process. She has been incredibly patient whilst we are still working with our client to establish exactly which carpet tiles they want. Samples provided free of charge whenever requested, information and knowledge has been great. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has always been on hand to answer questions and provide guidance. Communication and support has been spot on!”

“Private residential customer looking for something bathroom flooring. Only at the sample ordering stage so can’t comment beyond that. Great that the samples are free, but the website feels setup for people who already know about flooring and what they are looking for. More filters and information would be great.”
