“I spoke to LewisTeare on my initial enquiry and then made sure when ordering i spoke to him again . He was professional but had a fun side, we both chatted whilst conducting our business . Lewis was knowledgeable and nothing seemed to much effort”

“I contacted DCTUK about a year ago to request samples. These were supplied and they followed up to check I had everything I needed. When I finally got around to ordering a small amount the service was exemplary. Keenly priced and delivered ahead of schedule to the Isle of Wight. I will soon be placing a larger order and am confident their excellent service will be just as good this time. Recommended.”

“We had a carpet fitted by Greg and Steve, at RNIB in Gateshead. The work started on a Friday afternoon and concluded on Sunday. The 2 fitters were exceptional at what they did and the end result was brilliant.”

“Good quality carpet tiles, which we've stuck to our cafe walls - making the area warm and cozy, reduces noise level - and saves tables and chairs chipping the paint away! Quick service - one error (one box of tiles missing and carpet sent by error) - quickly rectified and delivered the following day. Highly recommend”

“Easy website, samples arrived even quicker than expected. Was contacted by a team member who provided a quote. We decided to complete an additional space so requoted. Agreed purchase by email with the team member; paid through the link following that, tiles delivered next day, and look good quality. Couldn't ask for a better service.”
