“So far, I have just ordered two free samples as I am still making my mind up as to what I want to put on my new floor. Maybe I missed it, but it would have been helpful if the website stated more details of each product, ie thickness, size of each tile, whether the tile is click fix or just glue, does it have inbuilt underlay.”

“Very helpful service from Divya when ordering our flooring but that experience is let down by the fact that the delivery which costs £40, requires us to be home the entire day to receive it. For that delivery fee I expected to get an estimated delivery window ie AM or PM, and the icing on the top would have been a text from the delivery driver with a more accurate estimation at the start of the day.”

“Ross Smith was extremely helpful with our order for carpet tiles. He was very friendly and responsive, quickly answering a lot of questions that enabled us to make fully informed decisions. He kindly provided two full sized sample tiles to ensure we have a little surplus for the room, which came in very handy. I would highly recommend DCTUK and will consider them for any future flooring purchases. Thanks Ross for your patience and assistance whilst we made our choice.”
