“Ordered 2 packs of carpet tiles on Wednesday 26th.March they were delivered on Friday 28th. Was kept informed of delivery times by customer service. Very pleased with quality and price . Received a personal E-mail today 1st.April to check that delivery had taken place as advised . Very good service would recommend .”

“Went to the warehouse to enquire about some flooring and was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes the gentleman who served me was very helpful and friendly the service was quick and the staff that loaded my order were very helpful. would definitely return as this was my second visit and both times i have been very happy.”

“Good choice of carpet tiles. The samples we requested did take a while to come through though & was all sent out separately. Ordering what we wanted was quick & easy though, & were kept up-to-date as to the delivery. Would definitely use them again.”

“The service received was exceptional. I had a request that needed to be turned around quickly for a high profile client. First Chris took photos of what he had available in stock in his warehouse and also organised a sample swatch to be sent out next day of product that was special delivery from supplier. Nothing was to much trouble. The quick turn around made it easy for me to place an order. On top of that due to my tight deadline Chris rang supplier ahead of order to ensure we could get the flooring in time. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and it's a no brainer I will be ordering again. Thank you to Chris- what a star”
