“Private residential customer looking for something bathroom flooring. Only at the sample ordering stage so can’t comment beyond that. Great that the samples are free, but the website feels setup for people who already know about flooring and what they are looking for. More filters and information would be great.”

“I was sold an item by Callum who promised that the items are in stock and can be delivered in a couple of days. since making the payment he told me the items are out of stock. He lied at the beginning in order to get me to pay for the items and then he would order it from elsewhere. If i knew this was the case then i would have ordered these somewhere else. This is”

“I placed a "free sample" order with yourselves for x4 Items on Tuesday 14th July 2026. The Balsan x1 244 Green and the x1 890 Purple. The delivery was super quick from the courier 5 Stars. The other x2 Samples the Heckmondwiike Hobnail x1 Purple & x1 Green were missing. Follow up phone call from Chris at dctuk.com, they were to be despatched seperatley. And would include some alternative colour shade choices. Good to see Customer Care counts above all else.”

“This company is very good but let down by their delivery service so order well in advance of booking a fitter. Ross, who was dealing with dispatching my order was truly excellent. Kept me informed, replied rapidly to emails and could not have been more helpful. And I love the carpet tiles I have bought. Perfect!”
