“Really like the range of options at DCTUK, good value and great product. Would have given 5 stars but checking out seemed to be not that straightforward...might just be my phone skills though!”

“I found the site easy to navigate. The products were well catalogued with a good variety of colours. The free samples of Marmoleum tiles will be helpful in my choosing what colour best suits my new kitchen.”

“THIS IS A BIG APOLOGY TO dctUK. I ask them to send a sample of Altro flooring to me, which they did and I received it the very next day. I must admit I totally forgot that they did when they asked for a review on the product, admittedly it was some time after, and me thinking it was a whole product and not a sample, I thought maybe it was a fraudulent sale...hence the one star review...I have tried to take it down with no success,so the best thing I can do is offer an apology which I hope you expect on behalf...I am so sorry that this has happened , and this puts your feelings to rest”

“This is a revised draft and an apology....😃 I asked DCTUK...to send me a sample, which came in the post the next day. I was asked to review my purchase which got me confused, I am a disabled man with a illness which affects my memory and causes Brain fog! I did a review of one Star 🌟 thinking I had never Purchased a product from DCTUK, now we have sorted the issue out, they have asked me to revise my review 😀....I did like the product which was Altro flooring but unfortunately it was too expensive and didn't suit my budget at the time. I hope that this review is acceptable as I have now apologised twice and wrote a review previous to this one....I have taken 2 stars 🌟 🌟 off because I am a ill man and feel like I have been harassed into doing this again and please do not ring or email me again....kind regards Mr W Shaw.”

“So far so good, I’ve only ordered some free samples of carpet tiles so I can decide which to buy. Nice that samples are available free of charge, which wasn’t available in my local DIY store which starts with B and ends with Q. And they had next to no stock of the colours I was looking for. So well done DCTUK. I’ve not received the samples yet so too early to answer your order questions. I ordered the samples today 20/8/26”
