“Very good service, tile samples sent excellent and easy to choose. Having chosen the selected tiles, ordering was straight forward and the tiles arrived just 4 days later. Instructions for laying first class as was the queries answered promptly. Will use DTCUK again when we are in the market for tiles. Attached 2 photos before (blue tiles) and after the new Burmatex (red) tiles.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. I received several samples to help me make my final decision. It being difficult to match colour correctly from a screen, this is recognised and DCTUK was happy to assist by sending more samples. Nour kept in touch throughout the process and was very helpful at the stage of placing an order. Tiles arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of the delivery status. Great company to deal with and the tiles I finally decided on are fantastic. Exactly what I wanted, looks like a wood floor but isn't and much easier to fit. Fitted myself and it was very easy, once I got going. DCTUK have some useful instruction videos if you decide to fit yourself.”

“I ordered Cosy Toes in Misty Grey for my home and the Sticky Stuff adhesive. Found the website very easy to use whilst I was browsing, and it was easy for me to find the tiles with the softness underfoot that I wanted. Delivery was within 48 hrs. Tiles were very easy to lay myself, and I would order from this company again. Thanks :)”

“The pack arrived a little worse for wear. The ties had cut deeply into the box, probably made worse by the inclusion of the adhesive making a bulge. Leaving an odd shape to the pack. The adhesive can lid had fallen off in transit & was distorted. Hot water allowed it to refit, but there was a risk that the spray button could have been triggered being exposed. Placing the can on the tiles distorted the items from flat. For at least two tiles. That could make fitting difficult . Will they regain their shape? Photo shows damage to box but the depression in tiles does not show up the can shape .the can lid shows the post hot water application damage it now sits on the can. But was fractured on the side. Some improvement to package for transport needs to be considered.”

“Been waiting for my product for a long time. Still not received it. Had numerous text messages with delivery dates but none materialed. I understand delivery was delayed due the snow. However, We had 2 days of snow, but delivery been delayed by more than 7 days. Why that long ?? Not happy really”

Hi Saeed, we're really sorry you've experienced a delay with your order. We use DPD as a courier and usually they are very good at delivery on time. However on this occasion they have experienced a big delay due to the snow. As you say this should not cause such a long delay as you have experienced and we will be making DPD aware of this poor level of service. We are doing everything to expedite your delivery and have promised your delivery will be with you today before 12pm.

“Very happy with the Heuga tiles we have fitted to our kitchen floor. This is the third time we have used carpet tiles to cover are kitchen floor area and we have always used Heuga. The quality is exceptional. Best ones on the market in my opinion! Only one minor complaint to consider was the packaging of the tiles themselves. They did arrive undamaged, but could have easily not been. I have attached a few photos for your reference. Maybe you need to have a word with your courier?”
