What a great company to deal with! From first contact to delivery to installation help absolutely amazing. The samples I wanted came next day as promised and the price I wanted was agreed, even allowing for a draw down period which meant we didn't need to buy all the meterage at once and that also helped with storage issues.The product is wonderful despite a couple of sizing problems (some tiles were a bit sizey) but no real problem. Everyone loves the new flooring and I would have no issue with recommending DCTUK to anyone. First class all the way. Heather was brilliant!
