“DCTuk were fine on the ordering etc, but when it came to delivery, that was a disaster. Day after day of delays, then only 4 of the 7 packs were delivered to their depot, then there wasn't the right size of lorry even though I'd sent them pictures of my access drive, then at last 7 working days after initial promise of delivery, they arrived. The chap that finally delivered them was very kind and helpful, not taking his large lorry into my tiny village lane, and trolleying them 200yds around the corner to my house so not to block the tiny lane. DCTuk, please get your logistics sorted out!”

“I ordered 4 carpet tile samples on 29th December, but only received one. Phoned after two weeks to query missing samples. Spoke to Vanessa who said they would send them again. I have since been informed they were out of stock. Although I did obtain them from another company and subsequently placed my order with them.”

“We live on a narrowboat and want to purchase some carpet tiles. I would like the domestic quality and requested a sample of the colour and quality before ordering. I did receive a sample, however it was industrial quality. I haven't done anything further at this time, though I would like a sample of domestic quality to see if it is suitable. “I've been very happy with the service, apart from the fact they advised us to order 2 x 5ltr bottles on adhesives which we did, but when we just used one and did not need to use another bottle, they refused to take back the unopen bottle. I think this is very unfair and wasteful, we now have a 5 ltr bottle of adhesive which we don't need.”
