“This is a revised draft and an apology....😃 I asked DCTUK...to send me a sample, which came in the post the next day. I was asked to review my purchase which got me confused, I am a disabled man with a illness which affects my memory and causes Brain fog! I did a review of one Star 🌟 thinking I had never Purchased a product from DCTUK, now we have sorted the issue out, they have asked me to revise my review 😀....I did like the product which was Altro flooring but unfortunately it was too expensive and didn't suit my budget at the time. I hope that this review is acceptable as I have now apologised twice and wrote a review previous to this one....I have taken 2 stars 🌟 🌟 off because I am a ill man and feel like I have been harassed into doing this again and please do not ring or email me again....kind regards Mr W Shaw.”

“Private residential customer looking for something bathroom flooring. Only at the sample ordering stage so can’t comment beyond that. Great that the samples are free, but the website feels setup for people who already know about flooring and what they are looking for. More filters and information would be great.”

“DCTuk were fine on the ordering etc, but when it came to delivery, that was a disaster. Day after day of delays, then only 4 of the 7 packs were delivered to their depot, then there wasn't the right size of lorry even though I'd sent them pictures of my access drive, then at last 7 working days after initial promise of delivery, they arrived. The chap that finally delivered them was very kind and helpful, not taking his large lorry into my tiny village lane, and trolleying them 200yds around the corner to my house so not to block the tiny lane. DCTuk, please get your logistics sorted out!”

“Your website appeared to offer the carpet tile I was looking for but when I requested details it was clear you did not have that tile. The sample did not arrive at the first time of asking. DCT prices seem higher than competitors.”

“I ordered 4 carpet tile samples on 29th December, but only received one. Phoned after two weeks to query missing samples. Spoke to Vanessa who said they would send them again. I have since been informed they were out of stock. Although I did obtain them from another company and subsequently placed my order with them.”

“We live on a narrowboat and want to purchase some carpet tiles. I would like the domestic quality and requested a sample of the colour and quality before ordering. I did receive a sample, however it was industrial quality. I haven't done anything further at this time, though I would like a sample of domestic quality to see if it is suitable. (cosy toes Wolf) Thank you Anita Davison”
