“
I ordered carpet tiles which were unfortunately the wrong colour. The price offered for the return was very steep, luckily my son was able to post them back. Iām now awaiting my refund.

Good communication and a courteous resolve on my delivered planks.
All sorted with constant updates and very happy with Flotex planks (looks like woodgrain) in Black, Forbo Nairn. Very solid quality, what I wanted. With a refund too. Quick return. Would recommend. I would purchase again from DCTUK.š
