Cut with Stanley knife & metal safety ruler, using reasonable force. Made sure arrow alignment consistent.
Didnt use the glue, as tiles seemed to butt together well.

On the website was written that this company accept the returns. And when I received the order I was not happy and I wanted to return, so I text them on email kindly asking if I’m available to return back. They answered rude in my message with answers no, without any good explanation. Definitely not recommending this company. It’s expensive, bad customer services.

Great customer service from Ross Smith and refund of shipping costs given for delay in receipt.
Have used this company 3 or 4 times now and would have no hesitation in highly recommending these people.
