Ordered samples and then went to order 40 tiles. Best price, much cheaper than others. I rang to ask about delivery and someone rang me back within mins to update me . All staff i spoke to were great. Tiles delivered within time slot allowed, with friendly driver. Would certainly order from them again. Excellent all round!

Ross had said he was going to refund the £45 for delivery and the the cost of the adhesive as I needed it that day so because of the shear lack of communication I almost ended losing that job.

When I purchased my order online they emailed me and told me it would take 3-4 working days. Then 3-4 working days later they emailed me again saying they would ring me to arrange a delivery in 5 working days. So 5 working days later Still having no phone call or delivery turn up I called them , then they told me my flooring was out of stock. Very unprofessional and still haven’t received my refund yet, will not use this company again.
