“Would have been five stars but unfortunately the tiles did not arrive on the delivery date. They did arrive the following day 😊, the delay was probably down to the carrier's? Apart from that we are delighted with the tiles and the colour, many thanks for your service. Best wishes. Brian Sweeney.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of tiles from DCTUK as they were of better quality than other online suppliers. They only dropped a star because 3 tiles in one box were badly bent along the edge with no chance of lying flat, but apart from that all good.”

“prompt delivery of samples and very pleased with order . packaging was heavily damaged but tiles were OK inside . Vanessa very patient and helpful. Still need refund for order placed then told could not order less than 20 . £42 I believe . many thanks Penny Thomas”

“My order was delivered three days early....with part of it missing. I contacted the company and the remainder was delivered on the original date. Product as described. Very good value for money. Will be ordering again.”

“Carpet tile samples easy to order from website and were received within 3 days. Would have preferred larger-sized samples (another company does this for a small charge - refundable in the event of a subsequent order).”

“Really fast delivery and lovely carpet tiles. I was dubious with such a low price but they’re great. My husband did out our large conservatory in just over an hour. Only downside was we were sent 2 tiles in a different fabric. Luckily I’d ordered two as spare so we had enough.”

“Good service with online chat help. Very reasonably priced and the tiles were delivered only a couple of days after ordering. One slight point to note is that as I ordered the adhesive at the same time, this was packaged in with one box of the tiles and has warped a couple of tiles when zip tied. Might be best to send the adhesive packaged separately to avoid damage.”
