“arrived really quickly but not sure I have the ability to fit it myself as straight edges are not that straight!! May not lay it after all but lovely quality and colour”

“Great to get four free samples of tiles for colour matching. Order to delivery was prompt, considering a slight delay as tiles coming from Belgium during Covid lockdown but we received an email with explanation then delivery came eventually on the date they stated. Pleased with our purchase of Nouveau tiles, a good match to the environment they will join. Helpful being able to purchase accessories at the same time. Yet to cut & lay. Overall a good experience, would recommend & purchase again as required.”

“Tiles were not available next day as per website, but I was informed of this within 48 hours of placing the order. Communication regarding the proposed delivery date was very good. Tiles arrived by DPD who were also very efficient. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and my home-office looks very good. I will not hesitate to reorder or recommend DCTUK.”

“Loved my recent order, very pretty. However when entering the room I felt pin pricks of discomfort. A retired pest control neighbour detected well established carpet beetle. I am using the appropriate Fogger, hoping it will cure the problem.. Best Wishes Pearl Burton....”

“Found the company very easy to communicate with, and responsive. When my samples did not arrive in the time indicated, due to carrier issues, they sent replacements with next day delivery. Would use again.”

“Nour in Sales excellent. However I had to chase order as it did not arrive when I was told it would. 1 box of the two box order arrived, driver did not know if there was a 2nd box etc. Contacted DCT who finally found out that 2nd box containing glue had been damaged and disposed of by carrier. Surely the carrier should have informed DCT to inform them andallow DCT to contact me to sort out a new delivery, instead of me having to do the chasing?”

“Would have been five stars but unfortunately the tiles did not arrive on the delivery date. They did arrive the following day 😊, the delay was probably down to the carrier's? Apart from that we are delighted with the tiles and the colour, many thanks for your service. Best wishes. Brian Sweeney.”

“I ordered 2 boxes of tiles from DCTUK as they were of better quality than other online suppliers. They only dropped a star because 3 tiles in one box were badly bent along the edge with no chance of lying flat, but apart from that all good.”

“prompt delivery of samples and very pleased with order . packaging was heavily damaged but tiles were OK inside . Vanessa very patient and helpful. Still need refund for order placed then told could not order less than 20 . £42 I believe . many thanks Penny Thomas”
