“The customer service is pretty poor. There’s no save chat facility and you get ignored. I’ve no idea if it’s because my enquiry was small, but I asked twice for a quote and how much adhesive to order for the amount of carpet tiles I wanted. I ended up ignored. The point I kept having to write “hello” in the online chat. The agent then said they’d call me because they were still working it out, and never did. If the product was sold elsewhere I’d have gone elsewhere. So I worked it out myself and placed the order. The product itself is great. And my cats love it so don’t worry about pets thinking it feels weird under foot. Sample provided was good too. Happy with the price. So if you know what you want, and how much then go for it. Delivery communicated well. If you’ve got questions be prepared to be disappointed. Or contact them via email as you then have a copy of your own enquiry and who you’ve tried to talk to.”

“Unusually, this time we had problems with the delivery. DPD took three goes before correctly delivering the goods. The explanation claimed by their website did not tally with what we were told by the driver who eventually brought the goods. However, Christopher of DCTUK was proactive in sorting it out and we appreciate that this was something you had limited control over.”

“Generally a very good all round service. Only issue I had was the packaging wasn't strong enough for 20 carpet tiles. One pack arrived with the courier's (DPD) packing tape around one end that had split open. Some tiles were damaged but DCTUK offered to replace but I managed to use those where I needed edge tiles as able to cut out the damaged edges.”

“The staff were very helpful. On the first attempt I received the wrong type of samples sadly. I had requested cut pile in three colours, but loop pile samples arrived. I asked again for the correct ones and these were quickly sent. However, I expected them by mail as previously but they came via Fed ex and as I wasn't expecting whole tiles by courier I was out at the time and had to wait until the following Monday to accept the package. Anyway, that aside, the tiles we chose look fab. Very pleased with the end result.”

“Great ciuastoemr service Very quick dispatch Would have been nice to get a heads up when ordering that if I had spent another £4 I would get free delivery. Invoice still said free delviery for £75 or more but when I called to query, she said website was changed a week ago to £95.”

“I am very pleased with the order and the quality. Some of the packaging was damaged during transit but luckily none of the carpet tiles were affected. The quality of the tiles are excellent and I would definitely consider ordering again after renovating another room.”

“Bought Nouveau Cosy Toes II carpet tiles for the bedroom lovely pile and feel. Had a problem with some of the tiles but one phone call and replacement tiles arrived next day. Very pleased with service.”

“Ordering process very efficient. V helpful lady (Vanessa) at the end of the phone. Arraged a sample which was delivered promptly. Tiles were delivered but while we were not at home. Tiles deposited to the side of the house, not easily visible which was OK. But, no note was put through the letter box to say they had been delivered and where they were. It was only by chance that I discovered them. Fortunately it was a dry day. Tiles look good.”

“Very mixed experience, I bought an, admittedly cheap, box of tiles which turned out to be 20 rather than the 24 advertised. To be fair I was offered a refund or for them to source the shortfall. Luckily in a small oddly shaped hallway I just managed with the number I got. The order was also hugely messed up by DPD who not only lied about delivery, they lost part of the consignment. On the plus side the tiles are excellent quality. Having had to contact DCT a few times they did act immediately to resolve things with delivery etc so I can't fault them for customer service, which is impressive, and a very speedy refund of lost/ missing bits.”
