“Carpet tile quality is great. Easy to lay and clean. Shame there’s a £65 postage charge to mainland Scotland, that we weren’t told about until after the order!”

“Good customer service and quick to respond to queries. Very helpful with quick turnaround of samples. Tiles I picked were good quality and met my expectations. I have already fed back a problem with damaged packaging on delivery and fortunately the tiles were undamaged. Apart from that a good deal and job done.”

“I have used carpet planks to carpet my stairs landing and 2 bathrooms. I find them easy to work with and using planks it is possible to get them under sanitaryware without the need for any cutting required and this provides a perfect flush finish”

“I would have given an excellent as the service and tiles are excellent but this is the second time the order arrived in a damaged box although they were probably sent directly from the manufacturer.”

“Very efficient, only slight thing was. I was told both deliveries would be on Monday, I then had to ring you as I was expecting one delivery. apparently as I had ordered d/s tape and carpet. tiles this constituted two deliveries. In the end the tape was delivered Friday and the tiles on Monday, Otherwise friendly service. Thanks”

“Sample is fine. Not quite the match for the Nouveau beige tiles that I was using. I suppose that I will have to bite the bullet and order from your sample. It was a shame that you did not tell me when I ordered them in early October that they were going out of stock and I could have over ordered. The floor will now look a bit of a mismatch. Black mark for DCTUK E G Starkey”

“Was informed of delays of sample and then it was promptly sent.”

“Two of the four samples arrived almost by return. The remainder were several weeks and multiple text messages before they eventually arrived. We did select one of the “late” arrivals. Luckily I am collecting materials for my bathroom project ahead of requirements. All dealings with the team were excellent and despite the somewhat tardy samples, my order was ready for dispatch the next day with delivery the day after”
