Nour in Sales excellent. However I had to chase order as it did not arrive when I was told it would. 1 box of the two box order arrived, driver did not know if there was a 2nd box etc.
Contacted DCT who finally found out that 2nd box containing glue had been damaged and disposed of by carrier. Surely the carrier should have informed DCT to inform them andallow DCT to contact me to sort out a new delivery, instead of me having to do the chasing?
