“Quick response and good delivery, I had a few Scratches in the some of the LVT boards that were quite deep, so I do think the quality check done by the manufacturer could of been better. the boards that were scratched came from middle of the box, I managed to use the unscratched parts of the board so not a lot of wastage - but a little disappointed, I did not call or speak to DCT so they were unaware of this issue but I am sure they would of helped but it would of been quite difficult to prove I did not scratch them.”

“Impressed with the massive choice of different brands, colours and budget ranges. The only way I can suggest an improvement is to maybe email a day or so before despatch. I received an email saying delivery will be today, which doesn't leave much time to make alternative arrangements. Other than that, great and well recommended.”

“Huge range of products and good prices. Samples delayed, but actual order arrived very quickly... and when wrong product was delivered they put this right immediately!! Very helpful staff. Would certainly buy from them again.”

“I recently bought some flooring from DCTUK and when it arrived a couple of pieces were damaged but I also needed a few more pieces. I rang them expecting ‘hassle’ as most things on my project have led to that when things have not gone to plan. Instead I received a caring ear, support and an amicable solution as well as really prompt service and would like to share that experience with anyone who cares about such things.”
