“Great prices, call centre staff a bit too pushy and persistent, kept calling asking if / when I was ordering. I did order as it was the best price, fantastic quality LG hausy flooring. There is no need to keep calling as the persistent calls were not what made me purchase it was the price. If the price could have been matched else where there is a good chance I’d of bought else where because of the over the top calling.”

“Quick response and good delivery, I had a few Scratches in the some of the LVT boards that were quite deep, so I do think the quality check done by the manufacturer could of been better. the boards that were scratched came from middle of the box, I managed to use the unscratched parts of the board so not a lot of wastage - but a little disappointed, I did not call or speak to DCT so they were unaware of this issue but I am sure they would of helped but it would of been quite difficult to prove I did not scratch them.”

“Impressed with the massive choice of different brands, colours and budget ranges. The only way I can suggest an improvement is to maybe email a day or so before despatch. I received an email saying delivery will be today, which doesn't leave much time to make alternative arrangements. Other than that, great and well recommended.”
