“Carpet tiles are perfect, however the extra VAT on top of a discounted order that takes the price of the order over what the price would be if there was no discount is horrendous, the only reason we went ahead with the order is because we were purchased to do so with a £15 just eat voucher that is still yet to arrive over two week later. Now I have contacted customer service about this many of times and have been told multiple different things, that it will arrive 1 week after then 2 week after now it’s being dispatched today or tomorrow?”

Hi Kira, we have to charge VAT, that is the law, unfortunately. You will still have saved money in our sale. The Just Eat voucher is sent to you 14 days after your order is placed as per the terms of the promotion. Thanks.

“I ordered some carpet tile samples, which were sent together with some I hadn't asked for. Amongst these was one which I preferred but when I tried to order it, it wasn't shown on the website. Not sure why you send samples of items you don't have! However, I was able to phone Vanessa Ospina and received excellent service. She contacted the manufacturers, obtained a quote and then ordered the tiles for me which were delivered the next day.”

“Terrible service. Ordered the incorrect item but was told even though I hadn’t received this item yet there was a 30% handling fee! The flooring was over £1300 so I just refused to Accept the delivery and crawled the money back from PayPal! And the customer service was shocking! No help at all.”

“DCTUK have a good selection of flooring to suit all needs. Their prices are very competitive and provide samples of any product you are interested in. The lead times vary because of where the products are coming from, e.g. Britain or abroad. I had an issue with the quality of finish on my carpet tiles, to me a poor quality control by producer. However, because I had to rectify issues as I went along, I did not have photos of issues, so customer services said that the distribution team would contact me.. no contact yet! I have used DCTUK in the past with no problems and would use again. I would just make sure to get photos of any issues as I find them.”

“The process from reviewing the information on your website and obtaining samples, to ordering the tiles and delivery was quick and efficient. Communication was excellent with the tiles being delivered on the date advised. Regarding delivery, the driver was very helpful.”

“I have ordered two styles of carpet tile in recent months, one for the bedroom the one for the kitchen. The bedroom tiles are very pleasing and the deep pile makes them ideal for the application. The kitchen tiles have yet to be laid.”

“Great prices, call centre staff a bit too pushy and persistent, kept calling asking if / when I was ordering. I did order as it was the best price, fantastic quality LG hausy flooring. There is no need to keep calling as the persistent calls were not what made me purchase it was the price. If the price could have been matched else where there is a good chance I’d of bought else where because of the over the top calling.”
