“From the minute I asked about the possibility of a carpet tile sample D.C.T. UK have assisted in making sure we were assisted all the way, with 10% off our order & free delivery. The tiles were delivered in the hour time-frame, so would always use dctuk with their easy going, friendly, knowledgeable 1st class team.”

“Service good, not the cheapest but I did get an extra 4 sample tiles, since I needed 52 tiles. Chris Lewis was very helpful and checked that the delivery was satisfactory However I would have liked to have the option to deliver the parcel to my neighbor instead of having to wait in all day”

“Great customer service. Help when ordering was first class. Delivery on time with updates from leaving the Warehouse to being delivered. Brilliant after sales service too! “Communication with DCTUK was quick and although I was expecting delivery by the Thursday they tried to rectify the issue and the delivery came by Friday morning so within the 5 days as per their average delivery time, so I will be using them again for future orders. Many thanks”
