“Received the samples and was impressed with the quality of the carpet tiles so I ordered them. Arrived on the day specified and now fitted and look great. I will be ordering some more for our bedroom. The only comment is that the order was separated for some reason but I phoned and the advised the missing box would be delivered the next day which wasn’t a problem but they arrived later the same day. Great service ! Great tiles!!”

“Very mixed experience, I bought an, admittedly cheap, box of tiles which turned out to be 20 rather than the 24 advertised. To be fair I was offered a refund or for them to source the shortfall. Luckily in a small oddly shaped hallway I just managed with the number I got. The order was also hugely messed up by DPD who not only lied about delivery, they lost part of the consignment. On the plus side the tiles are excellent quality. Having had to contact DCT a few times they did act immediately to resolve things with delivery etc so I can't fault them for customer service, which is impressive, and a very speedy refund of lost/ missing bits.”
