“My first contact with DCTUK was via the online chat. It was good to discover that Beth was a real - and very helpful - person and not a robot! Beth was quick to understand what I was looking for and suggested several different tiles. She then arranged for samples to be sent out, which arrived very promptly. When I made my final choice the carpet tiles arrived the next day. Thanks for a great service - I will definitely recommend you to others.”

“Great product (so pleased I could buy something made in the UK!) and excellent customer service. I often find that shopping online can be impersonal and it can be hard to choose what to buy if there's nobody to talk to, but I'm very happy with the great service I have received from DCTUK. Beth was very helpful and gave me good advice when I was choosing the tiles, and she arranged for some free samples to be sent out to me (these also arrived very quickly). You followed up my phone call when I rang out-of-hours, so I feel I have had a good shopping experience.”
