“Ordered samples, they phoned the next day to say on the way. Ordered tiles and accessories on Sunday evening, emailed me Monday to say dispatched and arrived Tuesday. Great service. However best thing ever - you must buy the DCTUK ‘sticky stuff’ Whoever wrote the instructions deserves a rise! Very amusing, best laugh we have had in days.”

“Delivery made promptly. Carrier called the day before to arrange a convenient time. They arrived when they said they would and we had the goods straight off the lorry and on their way to the job.”

“Great service from DCTUK. Did my research on the QA Luvanto LVT product I wanted, DCTUK were offering the best price overall from my online searches. Sample request arrived in good time, had a couple of queries, all answered over the phone. Order placed, and was offered a welcome discount which was applied at checkout. I had to order another pack as was slightly short, and used same discount which converted to a loyalty discount at check out. Great! Order confirmation was good, delivery arrived on the day specified. QA Luvanto click system easy to work with and fit together very well. Some cutting can be tricky, but flexible enough to scribe against minor bumps in wall. Finish looks great. Overall, very pleased with the product and service from DCTUK.”

“All round good company to deal with, easy to search website, free sample service, competetive prices, fast delivery and really helpful staff on the phone. It was a really good shopping experience and the floor looks great too; just had it laid today. Luvanto tiles are impressive.”

“I found your site easy to navigate. You have lots of choices, colours, styles etc. I received my tiles within a couple of days of ordering, which was excellent as I had ordered late one evening. The tiles ordered were a really nice colour, not down yet as I am still decorating. Hoping to order same again a little later for hallway.”

“We recently purchased some carpet tiles to cover a tiled floor in a room that we used as a second lounge. They have transformed the room and now is a pleasure to use the room and makes it feel very cosy. What we like is that the carpet tiles look like a normal carpet. This was a brilliant purchase.”

“Had to use Live Chat to get the right colour from a previous order, researched at their end and came right back to me with a web link to the right tile. Ordered straightaway and received them by carrier in a couple of days - just got get down on the old knees and pull up the old and fit the new. Very helpful and quick - would thoroughly recommend them.”

“We have used dctuk lots of times with outstanding service but on this occasion a bit disappointed due to receiving 40 tiles when we purchased 32 on webb site and asked to pay for extra 8”
