“Can't fault the service or product. Ordered 40 carpet tiles on Saturday, they were dispatched on Sunday and delivered in a 1 hour time slot on Tuesday. The carpet tiles are excellent quality, and the Sticky Stuff adhesive gives fantastic grip. Very pleased and would recommend DCTUK to anyone.”

“It is not often that I get such quick service on an order. Ordered a sample tile on a Monday, sample received next day; order placed and tiles delivered on the Friday. Admittedly I only wanted 4 tiles to replace some which had to be taken up. Excellent service.”

“Ordered 40 bubble bath home comforts tiles on line on Saturday, they were delivered when stated by DPD on Tuesday at 9am, great service and great product. This is our second order we have had and we can’t fault the company”

“Carpet tiles fine as were previous tiles supplied by them. Customer service very disappointing - by claiming the £20 Amazon voucher by ordering before a certain date, I lost out on the 10% discount. This was not made clear. I was told I could not alter the order I had just placed. I have still not received the voucher despite contacting them. I feel cheated.”

So sorry Anne that you haven't received your vouchers, we will chase up as Amazon send emails with a code number on. We can't unfortunately have 2 offers running consecutively so that is why you couldn't have 10% aswell as the vouchers. Will look into why you haven't received an email yet from Amazon!

“Your box package for the tiles was very poor, all 4 corners of the 3 boxes where burst. The banding you used for the boxes had cut into the top and bottom tiles of each box, So at least 6 tiles could not be used because of the kink in the tiles.”
