Carpet tiles are perfect, however the extra VAT on top of a discounted order that takes the price of the order over what the price would be if there was no discount is horrendous, the only reason we went ahead with the order is because we were purchased to do so with a £15 just eat voucher that is still yet to arrive over two week later. Now I have contacted customer service about this many of times and have been told multiple different things, that it will arrive 1 week after then 2 week after now it’s being dispatched today or tomorrow?
