“Easy to use site, quick and efficient delivery, however, the colours of the tiles were rather different to the images advertised.”

“Had a good range of product, delivery not as quick as I would have wished and delayed by a further day nearer the original given delivery date. Product arrived in good order and delivered in time window advised. Tried to use fitting service only to be told only available on 100 square meters plus, in other words commercial premises. Should make that clearer as filling in service request form and providing requested photos a complete waste of my time.”

“Easy to get a sample and make an order. The colour of the planks wasn't the same shade as the sample but fortunately acceptable. Planks are good quality and just what I needed.”

“The service hasn't been too bad but I had toring up to check on my order as it had been a while without hearing anything.when I got through the order hadn't been processed they said it was because it had been left in my basket a while and yet they'd already taken the money out and sent me an email saying thankyou for my order.so I'm still waiting it's due to be delivered on Friday”

“They are great tiles and easy to lay. There were a few small flaws in several of the tiles, fortunately these were not used due to trimming them for different areas of the room. But a good service and they look as we wanted them too. We found that you should not leave the bonds on the packaging as they damage the four edges of the tiles.”

“Very good service and competitive prices. Better information including the directional nature of some titles which can affect the quantity needed. The current instructions are not that clear for self lay and it is not obvious there are any as they can be hidden amongst the tiles.”

“The service from yourselves was very good, however the delivery driver was not helpful at all, according to others who have received deliveries from this driver before have experienced the same very bad attitude. I would like to order again if I can be assured of a different delivery driver”

“The carpet tiles are very nice, the sample service was prompt, and I feel essential, as colours look very different in real life than on the computer screen. It also allowed me to put samples down in my kitchen, and look at them by daylight and artificial light. My order was fulfilled on time, the tiles arrived straight from the factory. The aerosol cans of glue were dispatched direct from dctuk, and arrived as two cans in a large box with nothing to protect them, consequently they had banged, rendering 1 can unusable. A replacement was sent again in a huge box, containing only 1 can of glue after 2 phone calls and an email. To sum up, the products are good, but someone at the dctuk warehouse needs to pack things more carefully.”

“DCTUK was absolutely fantastic in ensuring I ordered the right product and correct amount, they kept in contact throughout and you can tell they really care about their clients. Unfortunately, the delivery man (not sure if he is connected) was rude and extremely unhelpful.”

“Great selection of tiles at competitive prices. Although shown as "in stock" on the day of ordering my tile had a short lead time notified afterwards. This turned out OK as they arrived a week before. Very pleased with the outcome in my home office mezzanine.”

“The delivery was quick and efficient, the items were packaged fine however one of our carpet tiles was damaged/ marked but we managed to use it for offcuts.”

“Carpet tiles are perfect, however the extra VAT on top of a discounted order that takes the price of the order over what the price would be if there was no discount is horrendous, the only reason we went ahead with the order is because we were purchased to do so with a £15 just eat voucher that is still yet to arrive over two week later. Now I have contacted customer service about this many of times and have been told multiple different things, that it will arrive 1 week after then 2 week after now it’s being dispatched today or tomorrow?”

Hi Kira, we have to charge VAT, that is the law, unfortunately. You will still have saved money in our sale. The Just Eat voucher is sent to you 14 days after your order is placed as per the terms of the promotion. Thanks.
