“I have requested a number of sample carpet tiles, different ranges and colours. They were delivered very quickly and were useful to try a get the right colour and type of carpet for my living room and hall and possibly the two bedrooms as well. I was also impressed with the quality. I was disappointed, however, to find out that they are only suitable for underfloor heating up to 27c. I run my underfloor heating at over 40c and that is a normal temperature for underfloor heating. In fact up to 50c is not unusual. I'm not sure that any carpets would be suitable if 27c really is the maximum temperature.”

“I ordered several sample carpet tiles which we want to fit in our conservatory. I would have given five stars but I find the website quite difficult to find tiles suitable for residential use as opposed to contract. I did order quite a few samples and had a voicemail telling me that some of them I had ordered weren't for residential use, which I wasn't aware of. In addition it would be good if there were filters for pile height, etc. as I am looking for thickish tiles that are stain resistant but without going through each tile to check the info it isn't clear. In fact I have ended up referring to other sites to try and find the information”

“The sample was sent out quickly and after ordering the order was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the delivery of the order could have been better. The cardboard boxes were over packed and not strong enough.”

“The sample arrived quickly but there was only one colour and quite a large piece. I wanted a range of colours as many as possible and only needed a small sample of each. So good service but not quite as instructed. best Mary”

“Easy web site to use, lots of variety to choose from and quick delivery of samples. These were followed up with an email asking if I needed further help. Also found out that dctuk no longer fits residential properties. Unfortunately, the samples in reality did not do the job we wanted.”
