“I would recommend DCTUK to anyone looking for carpet tiles. the products are great with a huge range, the ordering process is painless and delivery is quick. On top of all that , the customer service is excellent, something we all would like all the time but very rarely get. We have used DCTUK on many occasions and can't speak highly enough about them.”

“Easy online ordering. Phoned to see if my chosen carpet tiles were in stock and the phone was answered by a very polite member of the company. Delivery was straightforward. I was able to change to a more suitable delivery date. Quality of chosen carpet tile is excellent. Very happy with the price.”

“Sample received with thanks. The actual time to recieve was a tad longer than expected but not a problem. I had to expedited my online request with a follow up email to make sure the sample request had actually been successful as there was no feedback from the website ordering process, or confirmation email that the actual request had been submitted and successful. Having an acknowledge would be an improvement.”
