“Really happy with the Customer Service Help I got and speed of sorting out problem and delivery Time. Good Quality product at affordable price, they really are Cozy Toes carpet tiles indeed . I love the colour and sheen on them which goes with my Bedroom and for me an easy solution to removing all the Furniture to lay, unlike conventional carpet.”

“After months of research, samples and some more samples I ended up, due to a personal contact not using DCTUK. However, their site is clear and fun. They keep in personal contact with ideas and up for reducing price if you find another deal. Really good service. A special shout out for Chloe. She was friendly, professional and knows how to relate to a customers ideas and changing of them! As said, didn't buy from them in the end but I fully recommend them !!”

“From the minute I asked about the possibility of a carpet tile sample D.C.T. UK have assisted in making sure we were assisted all the way, with 10% off our order & free delivery. The tiles were delivered in the hour time-frame, so would always use dctuk with their easy going, friendly, knowledgeable 1st class team.”

“Service good, not the cheapest but I did get an extra 4 sample tiles, since I needed 52 tiles. Chris Lewis was very helpful and checked that the delivery was satisfactory However I would have liked to have the option to deliver the parcel to my neighbor instead of having to wait in all day”
