“Hi, It's a bit premature to ask for a review when all I've done so far is to order 3 samples which I haven't received yet, (just saying, not complaining). We are looking to carpet our town's part-time library and reading room. The Cabal of elderly ladies who run and 'man' it, have spent a year deciding how they are going to decide on a replacement. These samples ar for the benefit of the town councillors who are desperate to get this sorted and as they will pay for it have decided to get involved. Using carpet tiles instead of rolled carpet would probably be a better option but hasn't been considered as that is not how it has been done before!”

“I didn't speak directly but if you can find out who spoke to our builder, Aaron, today he was really quite happy with the reaction he had from the Chao he spoke to which is why we have placed an order for samples.”

“I was really excited to find DCT; our contractor used their products in our original build and we have (and will) continue to use them for replenishments as we make improvements. While our order wasn't problem-free, DCT did work with us to fix it and Ross went above and beyond to sort it with their distributor so that we were minimally impacted. I have a feeling that Ross did this during his off-hours which we greatly appreciate. DCT is a prime example of why supporting small businesses is a win for everyone. Also, call Zak if you need to make a purchase; he'll help you figure out exactly what you need and make sure you're ordering correctly. Thanks, team.”

“What a company, I took up the offer of six free carpet tile samples which I ordered on Wednesday round about 5:30 pm and they have been delivered today Thursday by 10:30 am in my book that is excellent customer service and goes above and beyond or the companies would certainly and highly recommend”
