“Honestly, can not thank Chris Lewis enough! I had a dreadful time with another company that delivered flooring late and damaged, twice. Within a couple of hours of calling Chris he'd sourced exactly what I needed at a comparative price AND managed to arrange next day delivery. Chris went out of his way to ensure the delivery was from the same batch so there would be no problem with matching the packs. I wish I'd come across DCT at the beginning. Now that I have, they will be the first place I go to when I next need flooring. Thank you so much Chris and team.”

“I ordered carpet tiles but because I didn’t order the minimum number my order was not fulfilled. I was given an alternative choice of tile and accepted that suggestion. This tile was much cheaper than the original tile and I was told a credit would be issued. Two weeks later the credit has not been issued. To get my credit I have now referred this matter as a dispute to my credit card company. I will never buy from this company again, after sales service is appalling. Added 11/11/25 part credit finally received, so I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars from my original 1 star.”

“I love my cosy toes carpet tiles in elephant! They were easy to lay and I don’t think it is obvious that they are tiles. It made my life easy as I was struggling to co-ordinate moving, furniture and getting a carpet fitted so the fact I could lay them myself in sections was great! Thanks Chris”
