“I wanted Huega carpet tiles which used to be available in John Lewis. DCTUK have a full range of Huega tiles and I was able (by using a friend to help) to get several samples, I think there were at least 6 different shades of grey to choose from. I had to order tiles by the box of 20 so I have a lot of spares, but at least I can replace the worn and dirty tiles over time.”

“The sample of Heuga 727 in Linen arrived the day following its request. Vanessa at dctuk is excellent, very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. It’s led to me purchasing 120 and I expect to need another 200. Also the Instafloor lg30 3mm underlay is well worth using it makes fitting easy and very comfortable to walk on. All dctuk staff are very helpful including Ross Smith the dispatch manager who arranged a delivery to suit me. Thanks All. RL”

“I tried to order some carpet tiles on line but had problems with the payment processing. However when I rang up the lady couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did I get my online discount but the tiles arrived promptly the next day. I am extremely pleased with my new flooring which was laid by my pensioner husband. Not only does it look great but it feels so comfy to walk on. Not only would I highly recommend the cosy toes II carpet tiles l would like to thank DCTUK for their excellent service.”

“I only wanted 3 Heugo tiles. You sent me a email to say they come in packs of 20. I phoned your company and when I explained my reason for only wanting 3 your employee said she would try to arrange it for me. Three days later the tiles arrived and I am very impressed with your service. Thank you very much. Sally Hobbs”
