“Impressed with the massive choice of different brands, colours and budget ranges. The only way I can suggest an improvement is to maybe email a day or so before despatch. I received an email saying delivery will be today, which doesn't leave much time to make alternative arrangements. Other than that, great and well recommended.”

“All though I haven't checked the vinyl boards yet and won't be for another of weeks, due to renovations What I can say it was very quick delivery, well packed so hoping none are damaged. I have dealt with before and there have been no problem whatsoever. Thank you”

“I found DCTUK on the internet after trying to match a discontinued carpet tile in one of our buildings. Heather sent me samples and helped find an almost perfect match, and further assisted through the whole purchasing process with various quotes and orders as our project moved on further and changed due to changes on our side. After purchasing, Ross kept us informed on our deliveries, as we had specific dates needed for each order due to onsite logistics. All in I found DCTUK a great company to deal with and would definitely use again and recommend to others. Thank you!”

“I have just finished laying my tiles and I must admit they look really good I had no bother ordering them online just entre your measurements and you are told how many you need I was pleased with the delivery as it took only two days to be delivered super fast I would certainly recommend this company”

“I ordered 3 packs of high quality Luvanto Enduro flooring and two of the packs were damaged, one badly damaged not usable at all. I requested a replacement but was only offered a 20% reduction in the price. I have been told that they cannot replace. In addition there was no installing instructions included and as it wasn't click in system, the floor layer had difficulties to lay down the floor. Still mt kitchen floor is not complete due to the damaged packs. I will definitely not used this company again. A bad customer service.”

“Exceptional for service I was purchasing carpet tiles which had to be a dark green. Found some tiles on other sites however when I checked many had good reviews on their own site but often showed reviews on Trust pilot which were poor. One with mainly 5's & 4's on its own site, on Trust pilot had 60% of 1's & 2's (very poor), DCTUK had 4% of 1's & 2's (Excellent) Found tiles on their site but unfortunately made a mistake on seeing notes that others were buying e.g. 11 tiles or 7 tiles and I ordered 30 of the green ones. I then received an email from Scott of DCT who advised they only sold these in packs of 20. I decided to try elsewhere since these were the only ones I thought were suitable. Scott then mailed back with a link to show others which were also a similar colour (didn't look dark green on my screen). I decided to go with these (but realised they were 48x48, not 50x50 as were the previous ones). Scott then emailed to advise he would supply extra for the same price. I went ahead, received them 2 days later (by DPD). Absolutely perfect. Now laid and they look great. Can't praise DCTUK enough - Certainly went to lengths that other companies could learn from”
