“Really pleased with our tiles and the underlay. We fitted both ourselves and found it fairly easy to do. The underlay holds the tiles really well. Good quality, quick delivery and well packaged.”

“Took a cold call from them after not buying on the website, stupidly bought something that wasnt suitable. Would not refund or exchange despite this being advertised and quoted some obscure terms and condition on why I couldnt. Lots of shifting Blame to different departments. Waiting for a manager call back for over a week. Spent over a £100 for something that is useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS”

Hi Dan, as you ordered a specific cut length of vinyl we are unable to exchange these because they are made to order. With other websites they don't offer the service to cut a length of a roll for small projects, but we do because we know how useful this is for customers. Most other websites only offer full rolls. But this does mean we can't accept returns as it is unlikely someone else would need the exact sample product and exact same length that you required. This is made clear in our terms and conditions. Our numerous positive reviews show that with the vast majority of products we are happy to exchange products for something else if unopened and returned in brand new condition. Regards, Jon.

“Delivery was excellent as they (dctuk) are based very close to me. The carpet tiles I chose are exactly the same as the ones that are being replaced as I liked them so much. They were bought elsewhere many years ago and needed replacing. When sending for samples, I did not realize that these would be the same, but am extremely happy that they are as they are so hardwearing and look good. The ones I have are the spa for kitchen and bathroom.”

“Service was Great. delivered quick. the carpet tiles were very bad quality! about 16 tiles thread bare on edges. I used most for cuts and had to hide the others under the counter.”

“Used DCTUK multiple times and have always been good and competitive on price. Done my whole flat and office and they look great. HOWEVER not a lover of the delivery company used, twice I’ve waited in all day for my delivery and they never showed.”
