“Was very impressed with the customer service, absolutely second to none. Even more with the next day delivery, arrived early in the morning after ordering and they certainly took care with the packaging all enveloped in quality insulation. Was initially impressed with the sample that was sent but now it's been laid it looks amazing in our e/suite ( see pic). And installation was so simple even I could do it.Would not hesitate to recommend DCTUK”

“We loved dealing with DCTUK, it was such a pleasure. They are efficient and friendly, and their website is a pleasure to use. Our order arrived quickly and the carpet tiles we bought will look fantastic as well as being seriously easy to fit on our own. Altogether an great shopping experience, and we'll be back next time we need carpets!”

“Ordered Nouveau Cosy Toes II - Storm for my bedroom, due to having unmoveable furniture I had to source something that I could work around - carpet tiles! After scouring websites and never finding what I wanted I came across DCTUK - and found a range that was just perfect for what I wanted. It was me a female that had to lay the tiles and boy they were really easy, never made a mistake so I have a couple spare just in case. Very very happy with the choice, ordering, price and smooth delivery. Excellent all round would high recommend DCTUK.”

“Everything was going well until there was an admin error either in order processing or delivery note stage, correct address wrong company name. I had sent the correct address on my order. My customer refused delivery as thought it wasn't for them. I then had to pay DCT a delivery charge for them to re deliver the order they had incorrectly labelled up. Not impressed with the service level, probably wont order again.”

“Most of the jobs I do for my clients are small patch repairs were they have had water damage so normally we just replace a couple of boxes worth at a time. more often than not I struggle to get a match but since I have been using DCTUK and dealing with Heather Davies she always pulls out all the stops and finds me either the exact carpet tile or the closest possible match. I have and would 100% recommend DCTUK to anyone is this line of work. Excellent service every time.”

“Dont ever slightly order the wrong colour unless you don’t mind paying over £40 to return. They also packed the adessive spray in the same box of tiles, no bubble wrap so one broke and made quite a mess over the top few tiles. Packaging is a joke Servise is quick but unhelpful”

“Very disappointed. Poor-fitting. Carpet tile pile not fitting at edges of some tiles. Have reported problems to DCTUK, they said they would send a fitter (twice they have said that), STILL WAITING.”

“I ordered samples first and chose one that I really liked. I spoke to Vanessa to confirm if Nouveau Cosy Toes II Carpet Tiles would be the right choice for me. She confirmed it was. I placed the order and the floor tiles were delivered as planned. We fitted them ourselves today and they look fantastic. They are really soft underfoot and after a good hoover I'm super pleased with them. Transformed the room. The price was reasonable too.”
