“Having asked for sample products I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to check if there was more information required. Having received the samples and done my calculations I went back to the site to place my order. As I prefer to talk to a real person I asked for a call so I could place the order. The call back came very promptly and the service was exemplary. The tiles and accessories were received on time and were just what was required. I would thoroughly recommend them for the product supplied and the customer service provided.”

“Tiles took over 2 weeks to arrive as opposed to stated couple of days on website. They do not respond to emails or their own webforms if you want to progress a problem. They use a courier that attempts to deliver to drop off points that will not accept the weight of package. 20% of the tiles arrived damaged. Lots of marketing emails from them.”

“Delivered when promised. What made me unhappy is that DCTUK are advertising and sending out samples of carpet tiles that are discontinued and not available anymore.”
