“Originally ordered two packs of twenty tiles, when it came to laying them I realised unless I used all the "scraps" I would be a tile short. Not wanting to order a further pack of 20 the helpful staff suggested I order a couple of samples which I did. Finished the job off perfectly. Very pleased with the results in the conservatory.”

With regards to delivery, we did pass your information on to DPD but it was the drivers preference was not to leave that 9 parcels unattended behind a gate on this occasion. “Great choice of carpet tiles all at reasonable prices. Ordering process was simple. The tiles I ordered were not in stock but I received a prompt telephone call offering an alternative tile or waiting until mid June. I opted to wait and the tiles duly arrived as promised. One hour slots for delivery saves waiting in all day.”

“From my 1st enquiry about floor tiles and to the actual delivery all was 1st class service. The price was also excellent. The tiles have improved the look of our boat enormously.”

“Highly impressed by Ben's sheer knowledge of carpet tiles. Seriously, who knew there was so much to know about commercial carpet tiles. I specifically asked for the tiles to be delivered on Tuesday morning and hey presto, they appeared on time! All in all, I got the right tiles at the right price. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with DCTUK again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.”

“DCTUK are extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the overall service is second to none. Even when the wrong coloured tiles were sent, it was absolutely no problem at all for them to swap over and this was done very speedily. The tiles have now been laid and I love them. I cannot recommend DCTUK highly enough.”

“only wanted 15 tiles but managed to send nearly half as the wrong colour? Took a week to sort out, two promised delivery dates missed. I'm sure the service is good normally, but feel it's only fair to let you know when it goes wrong, as it did hold my project up for kitting out the rear of my Son's van.”

“Having asked for sample products I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call to check if there was more information required. Having received the samples and done my calculations I went back to the site to place my order. As I prefer to talk to a real person I asked for a call so I could place the order. The call back came very promptly and the service was exemplary. The tiles and accessories were received on time and were just what was required. I would thoroughly recommend them for the product supplied and the customer service provided.”
