“Nice floor tiles, appear lighter than image on screen, so in future I will get a sample first. One box of 20 tiles broken, the other box had hydronic/ATF oil on it.”

“I ordered and paid for carpet tiles only to be told they were unavailable. £440.0. If they weren't available the order should not have been accepted and a refund should have been given immediately. The order was placed on 13 August, I have not received a refund and they haven't been able to offer me a suitable substitute. I was told that a refund would take 3-5 days, today is the 27th August and no refund has been made. If this company thinks this is good service then I do not wish to deal with them, they offer a good deal which it seems is unatainable, a few emails which have not been any use at all as if I reply then they do not. I want a refund but am entirely in their hands as to when they decide to do this, I would never reccommend this company.”

HI J Moore, I am sorry that your tiles where out of stock at the time you order. We occasionally have times where we are waiting on manufactures to send us more stock, this does not happen often, but times it does we do try our best to offer you another solution and other tiles. Our customers are top priority, and always process request as quickly as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. - Rachel

“The product was well described, price was good and ordering was straightforward. Delivery was within the time stated with good advance warning and a one hour time slot. The tiles were as ordered and the colour match was pretty good. Have not laid the tiles yet but have used Huega before and I am not expecting problems, at least not with the tiles.”

“They were so friendly and helpful. I received the carpet samples the day after ordering them and was able to discuss other options over the phone. The tiles were on special offer online so they refunded the difference straight away. The delivery arrived exactly on time and I even had options for the day and time for the delivery. They have a huge selection of carpets and are knowledgable. I'm so pleased that everything went well. I'd recommend them every Time!”

“Pleased with product Always kept up to date with dispatch info etc but completely let down by the courier Promised delivery on Friday notified at 1900 Friday delivery changed to Monday As carpet fitter arranged for Saturday morning not pleased But after 10 Days or so they were fitted and pleased with the tiles”

“We ordered our chosen carpet tile samples which turned up, and what a great idea, and we ordered our choice and were sent the wrong ones at first by mistake, DCTUK were straight on it no questions asked brilliant customer service, the correct ones arrived and I refurbished the office space and laid the carpet tiles this weekend just gone and they were fantastic tiles, very light but heavy duty and easy to trim and a lovely quality so well done DCTUK!!”
