“Went online looking for some carpet tiles and up popped a screen and was asked if I needed any help...amazing. Got the help I needed at 5:30 and got the quote through first thing the next morning and purchased the same day. Dealt with Heather over e mail and phone and will certainly purchase again. Thank you”

“Great selection of tiles in all the colours one could need. Pricing was very competitive. Delivered within the 1hr range I had received. Tiles arrived in good condition, despite one box being torn. Would always look here first for floor tiles now”

“From the moment you click on the website it was easy to find what you want and easy to order. The whole process is simple. Super quick delivery. I needed to speak to an advisor to get a question answered and got through first time of trying. They answered my query and off I went. We now have 2 offices carpeted and our communal areas. “My DCTUK started on their website after searching for "Discount Carpet Tiles". From here I used their LIVE-CHAT portal and spoke to a member of their sales team. They answered all my questions fully and promptly which sped up my order dramatically. After I was completely ready to go ahead with my order, the member of the DCTUK team that I was having a LIVE-CHAT called me in person and we processed my order. My carpet tiles arrived on the date and time I was given and they look great now they're down. I have ordered carpet tiles from different suppliers before and paid a lot more for them. These tiles are just as good quality (if not better!!) and its a lesson learnt in regards to where I shop in the future. DCTUK have just earned themselves a loyal customer, I cannot recommend enough!!”

“From initial contact with the company to after delivery the whole team were exceptional. There was a minor error with the materials supplied but it was fixed within 2 days. Product ordered one day and delivered the next. I cannot rate then high enough.”
