“Very happy with the Heuga tiles we have fitted to our kitchen floor. This is the third time we have used carpet tiles to cover are kitchen floor area and we have always used Heuga. The quality is exceptional. Best ones on the market in my opinion! Only one minor complaint to consider was the packaging of the tiles themselves. They did arrive undamaged, but could have easily not been. I have attached a few photos for your reference. Maybe you need to have a word with your courier?”

“I was very pleased with the quick response from receiving a sample tile to receiving our order, although you were a couple of days late with the delivery, you kept us in touch and informed us of the review date and time of delivery by email. I would strongly recommend this company.”

“Fast delivery, spray adhesive was correct for the number of tiles laid. Carpet tile quality was excellent too. If I win prize draw would like to complete a bigger room.”

“When I contacted DCTUK for information I found the staff very helpful. I was informed my delivery would be a few days. I was notified that my order had been dispatched The delivery was prompt, and the driver was courteous.”

“Really bad customer service ! We ordered 450 carpet tiles for one of our offices located an hour away from our main office. 1st delivery: On the day of the delivery we sent one of our employee to the office to wait for the driver. Few minutes before the expected delivery, our employee received a phone call asking if she could carry the carpet tiles from the lorry to the building as it was too heavy for the driver. She explained that it was impossible as she wasn't strong enough. The delivery company said they were going to call back, they didn't. We had to call them in the evening to ask when would be the next delivery. 2nd delivery: we have called the delivery company to explain that we were going to leave the keys with one of our tenant instead of sending one of our employee there all day. They accepted and took notes. Then, We have been contacted in the afternoon by DCT to let us know that the driver couldn't deliver as no one was at the property. We spoke with someone called Ross Smith (DCT) to explain the issue. Ross told us that we should have called the driving company to inform them about the keys (which we did) and that we would have to pay a re-delivery charge. After speaking with my director, Ross Smith agreed to re-schedule a new delivery without the fee. The sale team told us this wasn't possible and we would only get a discount on our next purchase ! After paying this cost, we have been told that we will receive a call to know when would be the new delivery date. No one called us back, I had to email Mr Smith to have some news. Mr Smith wasn't keen to help us resolve the issue. At 5pm we have finally been told that the new delivery would be the next day. We have had to find someone in emergency to be there the next morning to get the tiles. 3rd delivery: We had to pay someone to be at the office all day to wait for the driver and carry the tiles inside. The whole process has been really difficult and time/money wasting. This is unfortunate because we were happy with the quality of your product.”

“1. Quick supply of samples. 2. When we had finally made up our minds ordering was straightforward - apart from a glitch on the web site, which was quickly sorted with a phone call. 3. Despite being a small order it was handled with the same courtesy and efficiency that I would have expected for a far bigger order. 4. Delivery was exactly as promised. 5. The price was right!”
