“A problem occurred with my order which was resolved within half an hour of contacting Ross. The replacement tiles arrived the following day. Deliveries by DPD where on time and very efficient. Overall, a good service.”

“Thank you, our tiles came very quick and our hallway looks amazing. We are delighted with the look, softness and the quality. We were 2 tiles short, ordered them without any issues arrived the following day. So impressed thinking of getting some for our bedroom.”

“A very pleasant Company to deal with. Kept me updated regarding the order. Carpet tiles arrived within the specified time. I have always bought Heuga tiles because I think they are the best. East to lay and the Raspberry colour looks good.”

“Your website offered tiles in a colour that was no longer manufactured. You accepted an order for 92 tiles when you can only deliver in multiples of 20. I asked for an invoice for the amended order which I have never received. The overall impression was one of a dysfunctional organisation.”

Hi Roger we're sorry that you weren't happy with our service. As you stated the colour your chose was discontinued by the manufacturer in the same week that you ordered. However we did find a suitable alternative in the same colour that saved you over £100. We kept you up to date at each stage, sent you samples of the alternative, and then expressed your order to be delivered from Belgium once you had chosen it. Your amended invoice was sent to you by Heather in our sales team, perhaps it went into your spam folder by mistake? We hope to help you again in the future. The DCTUK Team

“Carpet tiles were fine, but the sticky squares that I bought arrived screwed up in one of the boxes stuck to the lid and were unusable. Had to use normal double sided tape.”

“I discovered this website during a search for a particular shade of carpet tile I was having trouble finding. I found so much choice at DCTUK and their site is extremely easy to navigate. An online chat helped me choose the ideal tile and subsequent ordering and delivery was second to none. I have not yet had chance to lay the tiles, but upon inspection they are of lovely quality and I can't wait to see my transformed kitchen!”

“Ordered multiple deliveries of Burmatex Echo Balance and got great timely delivery info. Also found, with the sale at the time, they were also the best value I found online for this particular tile.”
