“While I was online looking at your carpet tiles, Rachel popped up with live chat asking if she could help. She was very good at answering my questions. While making up our minds she sent me an email offering a further 10% off the already discounted price. The tiles have now arrived (not yet fitted) and they are just what we wanted. Excellent service.”
