“Helpful online chat service with very swift despatch of samples. Order arrived within 3 days as promised. Can't comment on the tiles as yet as they are still to be laid”

“Excellent service from start to finish. I received several samples to help me make my final decision. It being difficult to match colour correctly from a screen, this is recognised and DCTUK was happy to assist by sending more samples. Nour kept in touch throughout the process and was very helpful at the stage of placing an order. Tiles arrived very quickly and I was kept informed of the delivery status. Great company to deal with and the tiles I finally decided on are fantastic. Exactly what I wanted, looks like a wood floor but isn't and much easier to fit. Fitted myself and it was very easy, once I got going. DCTUK have some useful instruction videos if you decide to fit yourself.”

“Used them in the bedroom and although I measured it wrong so will have to order a few more, really pleased with the overall effect. Good service and will definitely use DCTUK again. Very happy customer :0)”

“I cannot recommend DCTUK enough - I originally ordered some sample tiles and, once my decision was made, Vanessa was so helpful with placing my order - she made the whole process very easy and was so professional and friendly. “Huge range of products and good prices. Samples delayed, but actual order arrived very quickly... and when wrong product was delivered they put this right immediately!! Very helpful staff. Would certainly buy from them again.”
