“Went on the internet, this was the first company at the top of the list ... Went through their information, very easy to access. From there communicated via the phone, quotation sent in double quick time, and within a small time frame placed our requirements and within 3 days (which included a weekend) the carpet tiles were delivered. Excellent service from start to finish !”

“Carpet tiles are perfect, however the extra VAT on top of a discounted order that takes the price of the order over what the price would be if there was no discount is horrendous, the only reason we went ahead with the order is because we were purchased to do so with a £15 just eat voucher that is still yet to arrive over two week later. Now I have contacted customer service about this many of times and have been told multiple different things, that it will arrive 1 week after then 2 week after now it’s being dispatched today or tomorrow?”

Hi Kira, we have to charge VAT, that is the law, unfortunately. You will still have saved money in our sale. The Just Eat voucher is sent to you 14 days after your order is placed as per the terms of the promotion. Thanks.

“40 tiles arrived within 7 days as promised. Have used Helga tiles in our kitchen for 30 years and really like them. The backing rubber seems to be thinner with the latest supply, but this does not bother us. Excellent service.”

“Unfortunately my experience with DCTUK was terrible!!! If I had any idea I would not have placed this order. 0124419846 I read the message I received (below) on the date I ordered (30th of September 2021) and have to laugh now that the trauma is over. Thank you for your order, it'll be with you in rocket speed! Our team right now will be either packaging your order ready for delivery (if it's in stock) or will be ordering the goods in from the manufacturer. Please note - sometimes if a product is made in Belgium or the Netherlands then it can be 7-10 days before delivery. I needed the order to arrive within a 4 week period so I placed the order with that in mind giving plenty of time. I am in the flooring trade and even with all the issues/excuses going on at this time I still get deliveries from suppliers within 2 to 3 working days. However, this went on and on and on for weeks. It caused me a world of hassle and stress. I was given many delivery dates that came and went? Finally I got part of the order on the 12th of November yet only enough to do a 1/3 of the floor? I had to complain and chase yet again. This resulted in one more box arriving 2 days later. More chasing and emails for the complete order arriving on the 18th of November. A total of 35 working days (49 days in total) from placing the order which simply is not acceptable regardless of any issues. I was rightly offered compensation but I have received nothing? I fully appreciate external issues that cause delays, especially these days, but this went on far longer than necessary without compensation of any kind? If this was one of my customers I would have refunded most of the order cost but DCTUK decided not to do anything which is also a shame in this whole experience. (*The Forbo Allura Flex White Marble flooring is really nice and as expected)”

“The tiles supplied were not those ordered but the larger interlocking tiles in the same design. Unfortunately I did not discover this until I was about to start the job so decided to try to use what I had. I found the interlocking tiles difficult to work with in a fairly small kitchen and the number of boxes required was different to the calculation based on the small tile so extra (at extra cost) had to be ordered half way through the work. DCTUK sales staff were helpful in identifying the tiles I needed and arranging delivery but this did delay completion. All in all not the best experience.”
