Hi, we're sorry you've found our website misleading. On each of our product pages, it states whether or not the products come in tiles, boxes or m2.

“Nice people, products are good prices but AVOID. We're in a seemingly unending saga with the fitters they subcontract to. Save yourself grief and find someone local to supply & fit.”

“The lounge, foyer and Vestibule are all looking brand new in our Community Centre here in Mitcham South London after DCTUK did their thing. Lovely quality tiles, great prices and a great fitter called Anton who went that extra mile for us to get our floors looking amazing. Thanks to Dan, Steve and Leanne at DCTUK too. Highly recommended.”

“It has been a pleasure to deal with DCTUK initially with the provision of samples, then the ordering process which was a pleasant and easy process. We have successfully 'carpeted' a bedroom where are 1950's tiles with the tiles ordered. The overall effect is excellent. Sorry, no photographs are available today. Thank you for all that you have done to enable the completion of this project. Dave”

“Oneline system is not fully automated, such as delivery tracking but actual customer service person Mr Ross Smith emailed me and change the delivery date one day earlier. The Price is very competitive and wide range selection.”

“Was promised a delivery in 10 working days, but turned up on day 13 without any communication around potential delays until I emailed to ask for a order update, glue missing from order, notified them of this error midday Friday, but was informed glue would be shipped Monday more delays on my project, overall poor customer service and comms”
