“Great selection of tiles at competitive prices. Although shown as "in stock" on the day of ordering my tile had a short lead time notified afterwards. This turned out OK as they arrived a week before. Very pleased with the outcome in my home office mezzanine.”

“dealing with DCTUK was fine it was the carrier service they tried to deliver twice but failed it was a huge building site and goods were to be delivered to site office .”

“Very happy with the service and quality of the carpet tiles which I ordered I was kept informed of the delivery status and pending timescales, I would recommend using their spray adhesive as really went along way.I would definitely use this company again”

“Was Advised that the engineer would arrive between 13:00-14:00. however, ended up being past 17:00 This meant it delayed our works going forward, the engineer left site in a state so had to clean up their mess also. Delivery of materials was as requested which was good”

“Carpet tiles have several advantages over wall to wall carpets. 1. Permanent stains and areas of wear or damage can be replaced with a matching tile. 2. Tiles permit the layout of patterns. 3. Where carpet tiles are used throughout a home, there need only be a colour texture change and not a metal cover strip which in our disabled household is a tripping hazard. 4. Carpet tiles are easy to do it yourself. The range of textures and colours offered by DCTUK is very good. The prices are good. There website is easy to order on. If you need advice or samples, the staff are very helpful. Delivery times of the tiles I have ordered in the Nouveau Home Comforts range have taken 10 days to be delivered and evidently are not it stock. One colour I have used was discontinued and had I known I would have ordered more for replacements. But DCTUK offered workable alternatives.”

“Have now bought 2 lots of carpet tiles for our bungalow. The first order has been laid and look excellent, the second order has been received but not yet laid. It was easy to order and the delivery was so fast we didn't think it would be that quick. Would recommend this company and their quick response to the order.”

“We placed our order and rushed payment to ensure the stock was held- this was by arrangement with the sales manager. The stock was sold to another company meaning we had no option but to buy from two different batches which wouldn't guarantee a colour match. Overall I wouldn't recommend this company as they promise one thing to get your money and then don't follow through.”

“Placed an order on a Friday morning at about 10.00am and received an email shortly after lunch telling me that the order had been despatched. The items arrived the next day, the quality of the floor tiles is very good and the end result looks very good.”
