“Ordered on a Tuesday, advised to expect them on the following Monday, actually delivered 3 days earlier without any warning email, while I was out and left on the door-step. Apart from that I am very happy with the seaweed coloured carpet tiles. Thank you.”

“Staff very helpful, samples good, chat line slow but informative. Out of stock asked to wait happy to do so, Tiles not yet laid waiting on building work next door to be cleared up. I will have a very posh area for tai chi practice instead of a cold cluttered garage. Will dct again.”

“I've been very happy with the service, apart from the fact they advised us to order 2 x 5ltr bottles on adhesives which we did, but when we just used one and did not need to use another bottle, they refused to take back the unopen bottle. I think this is very unfair and wasteful, we now have a 5 ltr bottle of adhesive which we don't need.”

“Quick quotations, easy to use payment system for small or larger businesses. Honest about lead times and possible delays for specific products. Honesty and reliability are the most valuable characteristics we look for in our suppliers. I know prices are competitive as I've been told by others who guided me to use DCTUK, but to be honest we don't always look for the cheapest supplier. Honesty and reliability can save thousands on our projects.”
