“Georgina was very knowledgeable and informative when I had to rebook our cruise after the cruise line cancelled our booking and had lots of problems getting anyone to respond to my emails or phone calls from customer service. I was put on hold for so on number of occasions long that I had to give up at the end and call on the number as a new customer.”

“Have been using 118 for years, not booked with any other company’s, but receiving offers from other companies at the moment which 118 is not able to match, not sure why, but don’t really want to use anyone else, so hopefully can find a match for 2023 and stay with 118”

“Spoke to Craig Day who was very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Got us a great price, was insightful and would have no hesitation in going straight back to him when we book again. 2nd time we have booked through Cruise118 and would recommend them for sure.”

“I tried to cancel the cruise as my granddaughter could not do the dates. I was disappointed that they couldn’t cancel the cruise, I only booked the cruise two days ago, I got right back to them when I New we couldn’t go on the dates.”
