I anyone is thinking of booking a cruise then it's this Company to go to - and always ask to speak with Paula Malloy. Dealt via Paula for many years and always recommend HER to friends and family and there has never been disappointment - in fact, she goes the extra mile to accommodate all requests. Have always found price, delivery, follow up to be first class. Over the past two years cancellations, refunds have been sorted with no problems. Other staff to whom I have spoken have always been very helpful.

After trying to book a cruise on your website I couldn’t find all the answers to my question, I called and spoke with Cruise concierge Kenneth Mconachie, what a breeze made everything easy and straight forward, answered all my questions, although it was a little more expensive I was happy to pay the extra to be confident that my booking was done properly.

We have been dealing with Cruise 118 for over 3 years now booking numerous cruises through them. In particular we have been very impressed with our Cruise Concierge, Paula Molloy who is always incredibly attentive to our needs and ensures we get everything sorted as quickly as possible. She has a great Customer Service focus and makes our experience with Cruise118 really easy and enjoyable. She goes the extra mile to sort out any issues and regularly keeps us informed on progress.

Hayley at cruise 118 was amazing. I wouldn’t have booked without Hayley’s care and attention, she gave me so much confidence and belief I could do it. I have never cruised before. I have recently lost my dad and brother suddenly and was in need of a break, taking my 76 yr old mum who has memory and anxiety challenges and a 12 and 13 yr old on my own … quite a challenge I can tell you! Hayley patiently took me through everything and reassured me every step of the way. I can’t praise Hayley enough. The cruise on Iona was superb. You have a customer for life here now. This trip has meant so much to us as a family; smiles, laughs, happy times and the belief that we can enjoy precious time together in such a seamless, enjoyable and adventurous way. Thank you Hayley for giving us something so special; freedom to travel in a way that works for our little group. A big shout out to Payson on board who wore the apron ‘I’m here to help’ at the main buffet.. he was amazing and helped mum every day which gave mum independence and a new found confidence. The children had an absolute blast loving the shows, the cinema and exploring on land. The food was perfect and we loved the cream teas and the buffet was excellent. 10/10 from start to end. Thank you so much and looking forward to booking again x

It's quite simple! We see the cruise and type of cabin we'd like, then call Cruise 118.com and speak with our cruise concierge(Georgina), who does everything bar pay for it. They really are a great team who make booking a cruise a stress free process by doing all the hard work for you. Highly recommend!!!

Georgina of Cruise118 assessed our needs for our first cruise since lockdown and she was so professional and helpful - her experience made booking the cruise a pleasure - really great service. Called us back at a time convenient for us, answered all our queries and booked us a great cruise 🙂

I was supposed to receive a follow up call as there was a possibility I may amend my booking but I haven’t and it’s only 9 days before I have my holiday! I also wanted to book some excursions but again no follow up phone call. Feeling it’s a Terrible service at the moment. The initial booking went well and I did receive an excellent service but this changed once I had paid for the holiday!

Brittany my cruise concierge tried various flight options for me to ensure that when we would arrive at our cruise ship and it would be stress-free. All of the questions that I had asked her were answered, were fully explained to me and none were treated as trivial. This is the 5th cruise I have booked with Cruise 118.com and if it goes as smoothly as the previous ones it won't be the last that booked flights to

We went to happily book a cruise after researching thoroughly and using the information on the Cruise118 website. Not only was the price offered £300 pp more, we were also told that the extras clearly stated on the website as included (gratuities, wifi) were now excluded. When challenged, we were told that prices can change throughout the day! This is misrepresentation at best and borderline dishonesty at worst. We have used 118 before but will never do so again

Our website is not live, and we always aim to advertise the best lead-in fare (which is usually the lowest grade). We use a third-party company to update our website as per the latest prices that the cruise lines advertise from their live websites/booking systems. As I am sure you will appreciate fares can and do fluctuate, unfortunately, it is sometimes the case that we cannot update our website quickly enough to keep up with the increase in pricing. This also applies to changes in promotions such as included extras.
